Crystal Mountain Chalet

Välkommen till Greenwater och Crystal Mountain Chalet. Greenwater-området ligger cirka 20 mil in i skogen öster om Enumclaw, mitt i Norse Peak, Clearwater, Mount Rainier, William O Douglas, Tatoosh och Glacier View Wilderness.

Crystal Mountain Chalet är en vacker 3 sovrum, 2 badrum stuga i stuga. Höga granar inramar stugan och välvda takfönster fyller den med ljus. Crystal Mountain Chalet ligger i Crystal River Ranch i Greenwater, och har ett stort och öppet vardagsrum, barstil i köket, samt gott om sovplats för 9.

CRR-samhället ligger cirka 18 mil från Crystal Mountain Ski Resort. Perfekt läge för helger skidåkning / snowboard getaways på vintern, eller enkel tillgång till vandring / ridning / mountainbike och gondol åk på sommaren. Ligger också cirka 30 mil från Sunrise, en populär destination i Mount Rainier National Park.

CRR är beläget på en älgplats, så det är vanligt att se en lokal älgflock vandra i samhället ... längs vägarna, på gårdar eller kanske oftast på gräsmattan i samhällscentret. Det finns bara en handfull butiker i Greenwater-området, inklusive ett matsal / tavernalternativ som ligger cirka 3 mil från stugan. Enumclaw är ett naturskönt 20 miles bort där du kan hitta stora livsmedelsbutiker och flera restauranger och butiker.

Stugan är möblerad med sängkläder, handdukar, filtar och ett välfylldt kök.

Bergäventyr börjar här! Vandra, cykla, åka skidor, upprepa! I slutet av dagen värms du upp i det stora rummet bredvid propanpisen eller koppla av i din egen privata badtunna.

Staging Rainier

Check in was easy and less complicated than other VRBO stays we’ve done. Well supplied and clean. Great location for our summer mountain expeditions (even Paradise and Longmire.)Area is beautiful and quiet. Elk came through the yard. Trails nearby lead to White River. Only twenty minutes back to Enumclaw if you need anything or want a nice meal. Thanks!

Hope to return annually!

My twin sister, her partner, my partner and our 10 month old baby stayed here for 2 days. We felt absolutely at home. The cabin feels cozy, comfortable, and you can tell how much the owners respect and consider their guests. All the utilities, the hot tub, and the baby toys were such a magical touch. We had the best time, and we would love to return next summer!

Wonderful cabin!

Came up for a ski trip for work peeps and this cabin was perfect. Great kitchen well stocked and lots of comfy places to hang out. Good location and comfortable beds. The hosts communicated well and we will definitely be back!

Great winter getaway

We had a wonderful stay here! It very easily and comfortably fit 6 adults. The open kitchen and living room area (with a lovely warm fireplace) were perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing- not to mention the hot tub! Hosts were very gracious, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Would come back and stay here any day!

Cozy Chalet

My group and I had a great stay at the Crystal Mountain Chalet. We were provided with clear instructions on how to arrive, which made it simple to navigate while in and out of cellular service. When we pulled up to the chalet, we were greeted by large Elk and tall trees. The accommodation was clean and cozy. The place had all the seats, kitchenware, and appliances we needed for our stay; including a BBQ with plenty of propane. Everything from check in til check out was easygoing. We made the most of our trip by heading up with Crystal Mountain for 3 days, which was 25 min away. Thanks for a great vacation!

Crystal ski gaetaway

The cabin was very comfortable and clean and a short drive to Crystal mountain and Mt Rainier National park with the option of many great hikes near by. This was a great home base for a few days with sisters and mother in law visiting. We’ll definitely go back.

Mountain elopement

My family and I stayed here for our Mt. Rainer elopement. The property was super clean when we arrived and had a lot of the basic necessities that you would need. It is also in a great spot in relation to Mt. Rainer.

Lovely Chalet Close to Gondola & Sunrise

We had a great stay! Close enough to Gondola and Sunrise entrance. Very well stocked with all of the necessities. Big Hot tub, fire pit and plenty of room for family of 5! Lots of great games for the kiddos.

Perfect Location!

We had a great stay at this property! It was in a perfect location for our friend's wedding at Crystal Mountain Resort. Mark and Michaela were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great home base for skiing Crystal

Our two families stayed here as a base camp for skiing and snowshoeing at Crystal Mountain. The house was perfect for that. The kitchen was well appointed (and stocked with staples) and the den was cozy with a gas stove. The hot tub was perfect for an apres ski soak!Be aware that there are four queen beds and one twin bed (that is over a queen bed) so bed sharing needs to happen if you have a full house. And the four folks in the loft will hear everything in the living room (unless they use good earplugs). We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location, Community and Ammenities

My family of 6 had an amazing trip at Mt Rainer and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was conveniently located to the entrance of Mt Rainer and the community offered privacy, trails, access to the river and opportunities to see wildlife. The hosts were amazing as they were quick to respond to questions and arrange an early check-in so that we could grab groceries on the way. Our kids favorite aspect was the large hottub. It was a great cabin for our family!

Michaela and Mark är värd

We are Seattle transplants from Texas and Nebraska. The Navy brought Mark to the Northwest and travel nursing brought Michaela. We fell in love with the mountains and the sailing out here. We also really appreciate the lack of humidity that we experienced in our home states. Mark spent some time on the east coast attending Carnegie Melon University and Michaela is a proud University of Iowa alum!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We both come from small towns in the country and grew up with free rein to explore. While we love living in Seattle and are hooked on Washington State, we wanted the opportunity to get our kids out into the mountains and forests that we have grown to love so much. This home gives us the chance to get them out hiking and exploring!

We chose this particular area because of its proximity to Crystal Mountain. It's our favorite mountain in the Seattle area, with lots of challenging terrain and a split upper and lower mountain, allowing expert skiers to get up in the tough stuff and newer riders to enjoy the greens and blues that help them improve. It's a great hill, with some of the most amazing views in the world.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Greenwater is a short drive from Seattle. While Seattle rarely receives snow, Greenwater is a nice escape to get your "snow fix". Summers are warmer than Seattle and it rains less frequent. You can drive a short distance to multiple trailheads, or you can just step out the front door and use one of walking trails running throughout the CRR community, one along the White river. Not only is this a great home base for groups wanting a cozy getaway, but it is perfect for families. Kids will love the bunk beds and there is also a mini crib for the really little ones.
