This is our second year and we had an excellent stay. The house is very clean and has all of the amenities you need. Also, the location is excellent and going to the private beach is just a short walk. Barb is really attentive.

Perfect ranch!

The property was very clean, and very comforting. The host was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to any of our needs. The location of the property is superb! A 12 minute walk to 5th avenue, or a 2-3 minute bike ride, or golf cart ride. Equally, the beach is only a 7 minute walk and even shorter on the bikes. We were very happy with the home and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing!

This was the perfect stay for my daughter’s 14th birthday and Father’s Day weekend. We loved the convenience of walking to the beach and 5th Ave S. The house was absolutely adorable and cozy. The sheets were soft, the abundance of comfy blankets and just all the little extra things they had. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding Place to Stay

Everything about this house was excellent! It was very clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenties that you would want for your family! It was well "stocked and equipped" for everything you needed in the kitchen and at the pool and beach! The location to the beach was within easy walking distance and the beach was very nice. It is also a short driving distance to Lowdermilk Beach which is also a very nice beach. Our host Barbara was excellent in her communications with us and also as we coordinated having some additional toddler toys delivered. We received our damage deposit the same day we checked out. I would highly recommend staying in this house and others that are managed by Barbara.

Great home/perfect location

family trip with 4 adults and 1 toddler. Nice sized bedrooms, all but 1 have own bathroom. wonderful pool. Lots of pool / beach toys, chairs umbrellas. Walk for coffee in morning and easy walk or drive to beach. Great communication with host. Would definitely rent again.

Great choice!

We loved this property. The home was very clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed having a pool right out our back door. Over the years we’ve stayed in the north Naples area, but this location was great- close to downtown and the beach. Our host Barbara was so helpful and responsive. Five stars to our host and the property.

Naples vacay

This is our second time staying in one of Barbara's homes and again it did not dissapoint! The house is extremely comfortable and the location can't be beat. We were able to walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Looking forward to renting again soon!

Incredible location

This was a nice clean house with a lovely manager. The location was probably our favorite thing about it. 20 minute walk to all the downtown restaurants and 5 blocks from the beach. They had bikes in the garage and we loved riding them to explore the neighborhood. To anything that came up Barbara was very responsive, helpful and kind.

AMAZING!

From the moment we walked into the house, our experience was fantastic!! Everything was first class - lots of space, furnishings are beautiful. Barbara, the owner, was great to work with ... she worked with us on our check-in time and was responsive to our toddler requests (stroller, pack n play, beach toys, chair for table for one-year old) and a toddler fence for pool area. The house is conveniently located near Naples downtown and close to beach. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults!!

Gorgeous and welcoming!

This property was perfect for our family of 6! Beds were SUPER comfortable and the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. Even found a charcuterie board to use for our cheese tray. Pool was inviting and refreshing. Only 2 things that could have improved our stay - a TV out on the porch and if the home were just a few steps closer to the beach, but we found a solution to that. Our young adult boys would drive us older ones down to the beach access, then drive back to the house, park the car, and jump on the bikes back to the beach (which they loved). We did enjoy walking to the beach for the fireworks instead of driving - the traffic was very busy and it was nice to get out of there quickly. Thank you Barbara for your most amazing hospitality! We loved it!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay. Location was perfect - close to downtown as well as the beach and any necessary conveniences. House was super clean and Barbara was very responsive to any questions. We really came to appreciate the nice neighborhoods in the area where you could go walking or biking. Very relaxing to hang out on the lanai couch to the pleasant sound of the pool fountains. Already scheduled a return trip.

This home is absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. And we are picky about our beds. Pool was perfect and so was the spa. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

We had a great week long stay at this property. We’ve stayed in several houses in this street over the years and it’s hard to beat this location. Everything was as advertised, the house was clean, well equipped, and the property manager was very responsive to questions and requests. It’s a quick walk to get beach, and plenty of shopping nearby - a fantastic Publix and Wynn’s Market are a short drive from the house.
