En renoverad tre sovrum California Bungalow inbäddat av Patawalonga River / Marina och bara en kort promenad till alla underbara bekvämligheter som Glenelg och Holdfast Shores har att erbjuda.

"Marina Retreat" är bekvämt beläget och renoverat överallt. Stugan består av 3 sovrum. Sovrum en har en queen size-säng; sovrum två har två enkelsängar, och sovrum 3 har en dubbelsäng. Alla rum är smakfullt inredda och beklädnaden tillhandahålls.

Köket är stort, modernt och fullt utrustade med matlagning, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin anläggningar. Det har ett matbord och stolar för att rymma sex. Leder bort från köket är en solrummet, perfekt för att sitta och koppla av.

Loungen är ljus och modern och har en solrummet som leder bort med utsikt över den främre innergården, en härlig lugn oas att njuta av morgonkaffet.

Badrummet är modernt med dusch, toalett och handfat. alla handdukar tillhandahålls.

Den bakre trädgården är lawned och asfalterad och innehåller en sol hus med tvättmöjligheter.

Det finns parkeringsplatser direkt utanför huset.

Det finns ingen slutstädningsavgift om fastigheten är kvar i ett rimligt städat skick. Om fastigheten lämnas i oacceptabelt skick debiteras en avgift på $ 60. Det finns inga dolda avgifter för sängkläder, handdukar, el, gas eller vattenanvändning. Det finns wifi och Netflix tillgängliga.

Glenelg spårvagn är en tio minuters promenad, spårvagnen är två hållplatser från Morphettville Racecourse och tar dig direkt till stadens centrum och Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

J1 busslinjen i slutet av gatan tar dig till Harbour Town Factory Outlet (och Woolworths); Adelaide flygplats och stadskärnan.

SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre i Marion ligger 5,5 km och Holdfast Bay Bowling Club ligger 1 km bort.

Familje restauranger och Beach House Entertainment Complex bara en tio minuters promenad.

Närhet till två internationella golfbanor (Glenelg Golf Course 2. 7km, Adelaide Shores Golf Park, 2. 6km).

Great stay

We loved staying at this property. It has everything you need with a quiet neighbourhood but still so close to all the action of Glenelg. Enough room for kids or a group. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Marina retreat Glenelg

We had everything we needed, nice and clean and great position, our pet dog enjoyed the stay especially walking alongside the river. Within walking distance to the Glenelg cafes restaurants and beach.

Lovely property

We stayed here for a family function nearby. Everything was very comfortable and convenient. We had plenty of room and on street parking was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Great property

We ( a family of four from Sweden)stayed in this great property four weeks. Perfect location with walking distance to lovely Glenelg and the beaches. Newly renovated in a modern and stylish way. Very clean and fresh. Equipped with everything needed and the lovely owners had even put in a Christmas tree for us for the holidays and a Christmas hamper :) We would love to stay here again

Fabulous house well equipped

This lovely house was welcoming, sparkling clean and in a fabulous location right near the marina in Glenelg. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to contact, and had provided extras to make the stay even better. I highly recommend the property and thank the owner for the presentation of such a lovely home for us to enjoy.

Delightful Marina Retreat

What a beautiful house to spend a leisurely week's holiday. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful home away from home. Everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, the delicious chocolates and local wine on arrival, the great coffee machine and so many other items... all very much appreciated. The house is spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully renovated with all modern bathroom, kitchen and dinning. So many areas to relax, the various living rooms or the outside BBQ and garden areas. It was a pleasure to stay here, thank you Sian and Steve for making us feel so welcome in your "Marina Retreat".

Relaxing getaway home

My fiancé and I stayed with a few others in this home for just over a week. We found it to be a great choice because of its location and recent renovations. It was only 10min from Adelaide Airport, 15min from the city and 15min from the south. The timber finishes gave it a warm feel while the high ceilings gave us freedom to relax. The backyard was perfect for our afternoon dinners and was an extra to this spacious home. Overall I feel this furnished home was definitely a value for money home and definitely will recommend to others.

Week over Christmas

A lot of separated little living spaces make the house very suited to a group which spend time in the house. Well fitted out. The owners have put thought into ensuring that different groups' needs are met. Only thing missing was internet. I guess that is becoming less important with smartphones.

A lovely location by the sea
