Cozy place perfect for two people

The condo was exactly what we needed for a 3-4 day stay to go skiing at Mt. Bachelor. The kitchenette was adequately stocked for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub at the complex was nice and we had access to the laundry facility onsite. The cost was less than it would have been to stay at a hotel and we had a kitchen to do our own cooking so it is a great, cozy and affordable option.

We really liked the location of this vrbo! The only cons: bathroom door had hard time shutting and no fan in the bathroom which caused the fire alarm to go off a couple of times after a shower. Otherwise, it worked great for our two night stay!

Absolute garbage…

Horrendous experience. No info about our stay was sent. Went to the address on the listing through VRBO which took us to someone’s driveway, very awkward. Had to drive back to civilization to have enough wifi or signal on the cell phone, wait on hold to speak to someone, 45 minutes wasted on our vacation and 45 minutes of fuel wasted to find out we are staying in a broom closet essentially. Shower door is broken, keeps falling off the track. Bunch of mildew built up in the bathroom because there is no exhaust fan. As a bonus because there is no exhaust fan, when you take a shower and open the bathroom door, the steam sets off the smoke alarms…at 6am. No attempt made by “host” to make it right. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Property was clean, easy to find in the daylight (building letters are hard to see in the dark) quiet area tucked away and close to good food, grocery store and trails. Had a few random inconveniences pop up, company was good about fixing the small inconveniences.

Loved the condo, would not use VRBO again

Great space. Meredith Lodging is an excellent host, I wish I had booked directly with them. Unclear instructions about cancellation dates on VRBO meant I paid for a night I didn't need.

Great place to stay in Sunriver

This was a very clean and bright place to stay. The fire/smoke alarm could be moved at the steam from a shower was setting it off. Closed the bathroom door to resolve the problem. 100% would come back!

Could not find the place. Was not the same name on the email as on the map. Could not get ahold of anyone by phone and no one was at the local office. Another vacation rental office helped find our place even drive us to our place.

It’s a nice little place.

It’s nice to leave your things there and go. But there is no AC and only an old box fan in the room. It’s was very hot when we were in Sunriver and the room was too. We received a fair deal at a fair price and its location is nice.

Okay but a little rundown

Okay but a little rundown, especially the bathroom. The shower had assorted dings and the mirror was water spotted. There was a filthy runner on the floor in the bathroom, and the bathmat (a white towel) was either dirty or stained brown on the underside. Good water pressure, though. There is no soundproofing between floors (not the owner's fault, of course), which meant I could hear the clog-dancing upstairs neighbors who stayed up after midnight and then got up at 6 AM every day. There's also no closet or dresser, which I wouldn't necessarily expect in a studio, but there was nowhere to hang clothes. A luggage rack was provided, which was handy for my suitcase, but there were no hangers and only a coat rack on the back of the door with small hooks. Pros: The main room was clean and the bed was tidy and comfortable. The kitchen had nice plates, glasses, etc., plus a few spices in the spice rack. The fridge was clean and kept everything very cold.

OUCH

Our stay got off to a poor start. We were supposed to be able to get the key from a lock box. Finally after much tinkering and a phone call it did open. Then we entered and things went down hill. The carpets have not been cleaned in a very loooong time. Walking on them made your socks dirty. The whole place needs a very thorough cleaning. And maybe a few wine glasses. All in all not a place we would recommend to anyone.

Efficiency apartment gem

We were very comfortable for 6 days here. The location is excellent and furnishings met our needs. It makes a wonderful home base for several days of exploring. The ONLY negative is that this is the second time we have had great difficulty opening the lockbox.

Affordable place to sleep

We had mixed feelings about our stay. The check in, the location, and the price were great. It was the perfect amount of space for my boyfriend and I to sleep and relax at night. The kitchen was a bit dirty and there was someone’s dirty sock in between the couch and side table. I do recommend staying here, just know it is not for the high-maintenance, cleanly person. My boyfriend had little to no complaints! We also thought there was a community hot tub however didn’t see one that was working. That was a huge bummer.

Convenient

Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. Location was excellent! Kitchen was well equipped with quality cooking gear. Would definitely choose this property on a future trip.

Almost perfect

This location was wonderful, the cute little studio apartment with full kitchen had everything we needed. However, if someone is staying in the apartment above you, don’t expect to get much sleep, the floor is so poorly constructed and so creaky that it sounds like elephants walking around day and night.
