Home away from Home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jane’s beach house. The house was so beautifully presented and had everything I needed. It is just a short walk to the beach to watch some pretty incredible sunsets. It was just a bonus that I was able to bring my giant breed dog with me. Will definitely stay again!

Short Break

Property is clean and well maintained. Comfortable furnishings and nice to have the few essentials provided. Check in and out was simple and instructions were easy to understand.

Fabulous stay never disappoints

Always a pleasure staying in this delightful beach house everything is perfect inside and out. Well equipped and always clean kitchen, laundry, bathroom, bedrooms, large living area and spacious outdoor patio perfect for a barbecue and relaxing. 3 very happy craft ladies.

Perfect for Us

Jane’s Beach House ticked all the boxes for Us. There were so many positives. The lovely enclosed outdoor area that we could relax in and also peace of mind keeping our puppies safe. The cleanliness and comfort of the home was certainly appreciated and communication with Jane and her attention to detail was so reassuring. We had the most relaxing stay. ⭐️

Tranquil Home with fabulous host

A group of 3 friends celebrated a 60th birthday with two trusty dogs in tow. The setting was fantastic just a short stroll to the dog beach , light house, country club and stores. Beautifully appointed neat as a pin and well appointed. Didn't need for anything the shining sun and bright stars were and added bonus. Jane was a fabulous host and the extra touches including port and chocolates made it extra special.

Best Presented house I've stayed in

Everything was clean. Cleanest stayz etc house i have stayed in The property host was so thoughtful and I appreciated her trust in allowing 4 dogs. This house was so well stocked from condiments to appliances to bedding and bathroom accessories. Everything is of top quality and the house is tastefully decorated. As lovely outdoors as indoors. Thank you Jane.

Peacefull retreat

We spent 3 days in this beautiful little property, that had everything you could need in a home away from home. The beautiful outside area where you can hear the birds and be visited by the new holland honeyeaters. Or just sit back and enjoy the peace and quite, and in the evenings hear the waves breaking on the beach. WOW. We took our two dogs, who also loved the fully fenced in yard and the daily trip to the beach just down the road each day. We will be back to this little gem in a sleepy beautiful town. XX

Weekend Away

Lovely, clean home and just 45mins from the metro area. Nice quiet street and fully fenced for young children or the family pet Heating and cooling. Plenty of space outside for young children to play and there was balls, cricket set, bocce and tennis rackets Nice outside the front of the house with outdoor setting to chill and socialise. Large kitchen for home cooking, with plenty of plates pots pans etc. Host was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to dog beach.

Lovely chilled getaway

Jane was a delight to deal with and very responsive. Her place is well equipped with great kayaking & safety equipment (we didn’t use as the weather was a bit patchy!) but would be nice for a young family. Loved being able to bring my doggy away with mum and I. The listing should be adjusted as there is no fireplace. We were surprised there is no wifi however this is something we should have checked ourselves, kind of just assumed it would be there. However as my phone was with Vodafone I had no coverage at all at the house, so was a little frustrating. The distance to walk to the beach is great and the garden at the property is such a joy to be around. Thanks for a nice getaway!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would !

The house was perfect , it was equipped above and beyond our expectations. Our 3 dogs were welcomed too . We will definitely be back . Jane the host was very easy to communicate with too.

The house is exceptional in terms of its comfort and amenityA very comfortable home away from home

The home is well situated with beautiful gardens and outdoor areas. The inside is pristine, yet warmly welcoming. Every possible need has been anticipated. The beds are comfortable and a great living area with Foxtel TV.

Fantastic stay

What a beautiful cottage! The house was so lovely and clean and furnished beautifully. A lovely touch was the decanter of port to help ourselves to on a chilly night. The gas fire kept us warm and the dog beach just a stones throw away. Our dog had a wonderful time too! We sat under the pergola listening and watching the birds with a glass of red. Doesn’t get any better. We both feel so relaxed after only a 3 night stay. Thoroughly recommend to everyone. Plenty of room if u have children with u too. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Everything you need for a relaxing weekend

Thanks Jane for a lovely weekend away in your gorgeous home. Well equipped with everything we needed, plus a little more. The house was very clean and well laid out. Lovely garden and fenced yard made it a great stay for our dogs too.
