So cozy

We were in Manhattan for our son's mom's weekend, and this was perfect. The communication was perfect the house was beyond clean. We will definitely be using this location for the future.

college visit weekend

Great location to walk to downtown restaurant or Aggieville. 12 min walk either way. Home was clean and instructions for everything were clearly noted:) We would stay here again and our son, my wife, my sister and her husband all agree we would like to stay here again. The extra coffee and welcome wine with cheese and crackers was a nice touch! Thank you very much!

Weekend in Manhattan

My group very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very clear with instructions and was very hospitable. The home is a close enough location to where you can walk to Aggieville if you want. The home was very clean and we loved our weekend here!

Girls trip weekend.

Came to Manhattan for a girls trip for the first Flint Hills Hot Air Balloon Festival. Sadly, the festival got rained out and cancelled. But we had a great place to stay. House was clean, comfortable and located exactly where we needed to be. Such a great location!!!

Hang out spot for graduation weekend

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Everything was clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for extended family to gather in between graduations. Really close to campus. Loved all the personal notes to help find things.

Review of our stay

Very nice stay. Clean and had all amenities. Coffee maker was complicated to us so we didnt use it. Kcup or equivalent would have been nice. Also Shampoo, conditioner and soap for rhe shower would have been nice. Would stay here again. Thank you for the wine, cheese and crackers.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Super-clean, cozy home was the perfect place to rest as we came in town to visit our son and his family. It was a much better accommodation than any hotel could have been. Very thankful for this gem in the Little Apple!

Amazing Stay

We will definitely be staying here again if we are ever in Manhattan. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We were very close to everything we needed and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host was flexible with our slightly early check-in and very responsive. When we arrived we had wine, cheese, and crackers as a gift from the host. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Great weekend stay

This is a wonderful home that is nicely furnished. This was my 4th stay at this home and I will definitely be back. The beds are clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very functional and stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans that we needed. It was a great place to stay while in town to see the game.

Thanksgiving and Football

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. Not only is it clean, warm and inviting but the snowy weekend was made easier with the thoughtful drop of a shovel, broom, and ice melt. Sheryl made it easy for us and is easy to communicate with. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Football weekend

This property was excellent for visiting for the football game and seeing our college kids. The place was extremely clean and all the notes around the house made for no questions about where something was. So many thoughtful items from wine, cheese and crackers to to-go coffee cups, to a bag of ice left in the freezer, this host covered all the details. Highly recommended!

Great location, great amenities!

The house is adorable and fit our party of 3 very well. I visited with my mom and aunt, and our KStater also stayed one night. The kitchen has everything you need, and the backyard is a great place to relax and hang out. Would love to stay again before graduation 💜
