Detta är en härlig lugn stuga med en vacker trädgård, bara 2 minuters promenad till staden Dunsborough och en 4 minuters promenad till stranden. 3 sovrum, master med king size-säng och stort eget badrum med spa-badkar. Loft sovrum på övervåningen (slutet) med queen size-säng och våningssängar. Ett mindre tredje sovrum nere med våningssängar och en barnsäng. Andra badrummet ner. Separat lekrum fullt utrustat med en tv, leksaker och böcker. Fantastiskt utomhus underhållande område med värme och matbord. Barnvänlig med valbar babygata till loftområdet. Uppvärmning och luftkonditionering tillsammans med vedeldad spis, pizzaugn, gratis wifi, netflix, fullt utrustat kök, kaffebryggare, grill, trampolin, gunga / lekplatsutrustning, DVD, barnstol, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och barnleksaker. Trädgården är innesluten och hundar tillåts efter ägarens bedömning. Linne och handdukar kan hyras till en total kostnad på $ 40 per bokning. Städavgift på $ 110 för varje bokning. Great Stay Location

We had a short stay in a great location, easy access to walkway thru back gate and friendly visitors at night with the local nocturnal creatures coming out to play.

Peaceful getaway

We had a great time with our kids here, this place is in the perfect location, close to town, down the road from the Beach, we hardly used the car while we were there. Kids loved the sneaky short cut out the back to town. The kids / toy room was awesome to keep them entertained and give us parents a bit of a break and quiet time, it had all the amenities you need.

Dunsborough short stay

Beautiful property, really loved the décor. Had everything we needed, the weather was woeful but the fully equipped toy room kept my Grand daughter very well entertained. Would definitely recommend

Great family house

Great house and location! Kids loved the garden, and the dog was very content. Comfy beds, great amenities and playroom was a huge win for the kids. Great location to the town and walk to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

Perfect location

A beautiful spot for a holiday. Communication with the owner was excellent, location of the property was fantastic, a short walk to the town centre and the beach. House was very clean and the added extras were brilliant, especially if you have children . Would definitely stay at this property again.

Awesome little house

Lovely property and would be amazing for family's with children but the caves road behind the house is very busy and is quite noisy so does impact the solitude a little , but no impact of safety as the front access road is a quite little cul de sac

Great Dunsborough Holiday Spot

Really enjoyed our stay with family (adult children, grandson & our dog) in this great holiday house. The only negative is more about previous guests ... some dirty saucepans and crockery that you can't expect a cleaner to have found. You would expect guests to clean thoroughly after use. Not that we let that spoil our break away! Beds were extra comfy and facilities extensive. Loved the coffee maker too.

Great stay

Location was perfect. House was very clean. Lots of added extras like the bikes, coffee machine, spa, trampoline and the extra TV with Netflix. Beds comfortable. Easy access to home and communication. Some noise from traffic on Caves Road when out the back but didn’t notice for sleeping.

Amazing stay for families with young children

The house was very cute, the location perfect (close to the beach, shops and cafes) and the playroom was just a lifesaver after a busy day out exploring! We loved every minute, thank you!

Dog friendly with a fire & spa … WIN

Excellent communication with owner, great location, close to the beach and town Centre, nice quiet cul-de-sac, beautiful spa and fireplace! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need! Definitely recommend staying here! Backyard was lovely as well, trampoline, heaters, outdoor setting.

Excellent Family Friendly Stay

This is our second stay at the Spa Cottage. Absolutely love this place for its proximity to town and the beach, fully decked out with everything needed for a baby and toddler, amazing toy room which our toddler loved, and excellent and prompt communication with the host. We look forward to our next stay.

Amazing Holiday

Our family had a great stay in the dunsborough house it had everything we needed and was so close to the beach and town. With a great play room for the kids as well. Tamazin was a great host and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this house to anyone can’t wait to come back!

Dog Friendly Adventure

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures online. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, some beautiful pictures lined the walls and all in all a fantastic stay.

Perfect for young kids and adults alike

We had a wonderful time at the house. It’s beautifully furnished and decorated, and really has everything needed for a comfortable stay (including coffee machine!) Our kids (4 and 2) LOVED the playroom and swings/trampoline outside. The bottle of wine on arrival was also a lovely gesture. The location is great - 10-15minute drive to lovely wineries and beaches, and Simmos is just 5min! I had a couple of questions during our stay and Tamazin was always quick and friendly in her response. The only tiny gripe I have is with the dining table - it’s pretty uncomfortable to sit at, especially for kids. I guess in summer you’d mostly use the outdoor table. Everything else was great! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Central and family friendly

Perfect place for our young family to getaway for the week - lots for kids to do, easy walk to beach, park and shops. Kids play room and outside area were great, spa bath was a bit of a treat :) Thanks heaps!
