Would give it 100 stars

Amazing place. We have been to many vrbos over the years and this is the most well thought out house we have been to. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and has lots to do without even leaving the house. Would recommend this place to anyone!! We had wonderful fires-wood provided, kayaked, went for walks.

Beautiful Waterfront

The host was great at communication! We loved reading through the book of everyone’s recommendations and their stays. The property is beautiful and neighbors were so friendly. We would absolutely recommend this place to others!

Relaxing North Woods Stay

My family and I spent the weekend here and had an amazing stay. Between the communication with the property owners, the welcome gift, and all the other extras ( wood for the fire, kayaks, etc.) The property was immaculate and very comfortable. We would love to stay again!

An excellent repeat stay

Our second visit was just as good as the first. A relaxing visit in a scenic location with great accommodations. The house had everything we needed and was in spotless condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend at the Cabin

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin over the holiday weekend with our dog. The home was thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the firepit (firewood is included!) in the evenings and rented a pontoon boat which we docked at the pier. The area was quiet and we enjoyed watching the wildlife at the numerous bird feeders. The owners were very friendly and helpful - Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful pet friendly property right on Eagle River Lake Chain. Plenty of things to see and do. Great dock for tying up the boat. Enjoyed the use of the outdoor area, kayaks and games.

Great place in a peaceful setting!

This place is a must stay if you are in Eagle River. The house has all the comforts of home, they have thought of everything. The location is close to town yet the setting is so peaceful with amazing river views and wildlife to watch. Thanks, Jake and Jenny for the welcome note and bottle of wine! We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Eagle River.

Eagle River Waterfront Home

What a great place to stay. Beutiful view of the river and the Kayaks we were able to use gave us an upclose view of the local area, truly a great place to stay. Enjoyed the Bottle of local wine left for us as a welcome gift which we enjoyed the first evening. Plenty to see and do in the area. The property was very well maintined and clean.

2024 No snow Snowmobile trip #2

Very happy with this stay. The house was perfectly sized for us and very clean and cozy! The welcome bottle of wine from a local winery was a nice touch. The fire pit and lighted stairs to the dock were great! Would love to stay in the summer too!! Thanks for the nice weekend!

What a great stay! Exactly as described & even better in person! We loved the house warming thank you note & bottle of wine when we checked in! Gorgeous views of the water & beautiful pine trees everywhere! Comfy beds & living room furniture. Nice updated bathroom. Definitely, would love to stay here again.

Great stay!

Owners were fast to reply. House was clean, comfortable, and only a few minutes from downtown. There were beautiful views into the snow-covered trees with deer and turkeys wandering around the neighborhood. The house was well stocked, laundry machines worked well, and the beds comfortable. It was wonderful being able to bring our dog along!! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Riverbend Retreat! The owners truly have thought of everything and the house is so well stocked with anything you may need. On top of that, the property was incredibly clean. This was the best vacation rental we have been to in the Northwoods! I would give this listing 10 stars if it was possible. We will for sure be back! Pictures do not do this property justice with how wonderful it is! Also, the view of the river is amazing and super easy access to kayak!!

Fantastic Home for a Relaxation

Riverbend Retreat was an absolutely perfect home for our relaxing “babymoon.” The area around the property was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for nightly campfires and viewing wildlife (we saw a bald eagle multiple times across the river). The owners had an amazing attention to detail and there were so many amenities, including firewood, games, fully-stocked kitchen, and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The furniture both inside and outside were comfortable, especially the bed (even for this 8 month pregnant soon to be mama). The icing on the cake was it was dog friendly so our dog could join us on our relaxing weekend! He had a blast running around the backyard and swimming in the river off of the dock. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. We didn’t have any issues, but I’m sure if we would have the response would have been quick. We will definitely back!!

Great Long Weekend

This property was exactly what we needed to get away for a long weekend. Property was as described in VRBO listing. Property owner was very nice. Reached out to us about early check in which was nice. Had kayaks ready for us. The setting was great. We enjoyed evening fires with the fire pit. Played games at the picnic table, sat on the dock and kayaked during afternoons. The heated floors were a nice touch. Same with cable tv and air conditioner. Overall great experience and will be back for another long weekend hopefully in fall. Book this property and you won't be disappointed. :)
