Luxury Apartment

Just as the pictures show, close to every type store you’ll need. Communication with the owner and property manager was wonderful and everything went smoothly. We will rent this property when we go back again.

Delightful stay

This apartment turned out to be pretty perfect for my wife and daughter and I. Two full bedrooms are hard to find for this price. Our host, Sarah was just wonderful to us. She is so sweet. The apartment was within 15 to the airport. The beach at the end of the road via drive is stunning. The restuarants in the local area were very good. The french bakery around the corner was a perfect place for breakfast.

Appartement propre , spacieux , bien equipé , conforme aux photos , accueil sympathique

Résidence calme et proche de tout , idéal pour séjour en famille , appartement fonctionnel , jolie terrasse nous y avons passé un agréable séjour ma famille et moi idéal 4/5 personnes . Vue magnifique de la terrasse , un bonheur chaque matin au réveil pour prendre les repas , on a adore vraiment cette tranquillité, ce calme . Je recommande vivement cet appartement familiale .

Great spot!

Great place to stay! We stayed with 4 adults and 3 small kids and had a great time. The balcony was a nice, additional space and the place is clean. We had everything we needed. It's a save location (gate closed in the evening and weekends but you have a remote) and there are a few nice restaurants/beaches less then 5 min away/ We spend a lot of time on the Dutch side, which was only a 15 min drive (if that!) Also, with traffic getting crazy on the island sometimes we actually got to avoid a lot of it due to the quiet location of the apartment. The owner answered all our questions/concerns before departure and even helped get a 2nd baby bed and mosquito net!! I really appreciated that! This was my first time booking through HomeAway and it was excellent!! I will definitely be using this site and probably this apartment again!

Excellent apartment

We really liked the apartment. It was clean and cozy and had absolutely everything that we needed. The large terrace was a nice place to relax. Wifi service was surprisingly good - considering that we are on the islands, after all. It was always easy to find a parking space. The location was also excellent: peaceful but still close enough to everything. And Louise was extremely helpful, informing us about any disturbances in island traffic etc. The reason why I did not give five stars was that there was no opportunity for swimming nearby. All the pools are private. The lagoon side is covered with slimy algae. The beach across the street is a dirty and rocky construction site and access to the nice beach is blocked by a fence with "keep out" signs. So every time we wanted to go swimming we had to drive somewhere by car.

Bel appartement

Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux de la part de Louise. Nous sommes une famille de 4 (avec un adolescent). Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous en rentrant dans ce spacieux appartement. Il est lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de simplicité et de goût. Il est propre, fonctionnel avec du bon matériel. Tout est pensé pour nous faciliter la vie, il ne manque rien. Le Wi-fi n'était pas négligeable. Louise était joignable à tout moment. Elle n'a d'ailleurs pas manqué de nous tenir informés du mauvais temps qui pouvait parfois arriver. Merci Louise! Merci également à Stéphanie pour toutes les informations laissées sur place. Elles nous ont été trÚs utiles pour l'organisation de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. MERCI d'avoir contribué à la réussite de nos vacances!

Comfortable, value priced accommodation

The apartment worked perfectly for 4 adult women. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, reading and sipping wine - quiet and relaxing. We appreciated the proximity to Baie Rouge, Mullet Bay, and Friar's Bay, which are our favorites. We had pizza at Fat Tony's on the hill by Cupecoy Beach and it was delicious. It was a luxury to have a washing machine in the apartment and and we were always able to find a parking space. Louise was punctual during check in and check out times. We would recommend this lovely location to anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient, and value priced accommodation.

Excellent Propperty.

We just came back from the beautiful island of St. Maarten. We stayed at the Les Marines, chez Stephanie et Louise. The appartment was so cute exactly as the photos displayed. Has everything to make you comfortable and gives you that homey feeling, from the spectacular view of the balcony, the fully equiped kitchen, the nicely decorated appartment and the extra special touch of providing parasole(Beach umbrella) and cooler for picnics made us feel welcome. Louise was very friendly and helpful in answering any questions we had. We certainly would recommend the appartment to our friends and family and most of all, we would love to go back and stay in the appartment.

Nice place in Nettle Bay

In October 2013, we were guests in the apartment of Stephanie and Francois. After our arrival Louise gave us a friendly welcome. She was very friendly and helpful. She showed us the apartment and gave us detailed answers to our questions. We liked the bright and friendly furnished apartment right away. It is fully equipped, and the completely equipped kitchen allowed us to cook for ourselves. In the parking lot in front of the house we always found a place to park our car. Near the apartment there is a bakery and a supermarket. In nearby Marigot you can find a beautiflul marktet and many shopping opportunities. The beach of Nettle Bay is within walking distance. The island also offers many other beautiful beaches. The apartment is a good location to explore and enjoy Saint Martin can! Maria, Wolfgang and Juergen, Germany
