Kyabram House - familj & husdjursvänliga hus

Kyabram House är en idealisk egenskap för familjer och grupper som vill stanna under samma tak. Bakgården är helt inhägnad för att skydda både husdjur och barn säkert. Fastigheten är centralt belägen i Kyabram, vilket gör det en kort promenad till stadens shoppingremsa, hotell, restauranger och kaféer.

Kyabram själv är centralt för Goulburn River Valley, värd många av sina egna händelser men också nära Murray River, Echuca Moama och Shepparton.

Huset har fyra separata sovrum, stor öppen planlösning vardagsrum / matsal / kök, två badrum - ett med badkar över dusch och toalett, den andra med dusch och toalett. Lush bakre trädgård, med underhållande och grillplats inklusive utomhus kök. Huset är fullt utrustat och alla sängkläder tillhandahålls. Tyvärr, ingen diskmaskin ..

Kyabram township har en blomstrande shoppingremsa och näringsliv. Det finns en lokal pool, som ligger intill skridsparken, ett kvarter från butikerna. Också en biograf på huvudgatan. Staden är känd för sin Fauna Park, vilket är väl värt ett besök!

Kyabram House består av fyra sovrum, inklusive två queen size-sängar och två enkelsängar och enkelsängar; Ett stort vardagsrum och matplats, ett badrum (dusch över bad och toalett), andra badrum i tvättstuga (dusch och toalett), skivspelare och rekord för att påminna över. BBQ och sittplatser utomhus på däck. Huset är fullt utrustat och all säng och handdukar ingår.

Great place to stay

I went with a friend who has a small cavalier. We originally thought we might stay in Echuca but Kyabram House was perfect for our stay. We were able to relax and thought it had every thing we needed

The house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for our dog being near the park. We had a few spiders in the house on arrival that worried one of our group. Thanks for having us.

Kyabram stay

Kyabram House is a lovely, very comfortable getaway — old world charm with modern conveniences, including air-con which made the house easy to keep warm on the cold winter nights. The location is great, being within walking distance of the centre of town. Most of all, the large fenced backyard was perfect for my dog, though it was also great that she was allowed indoors with me. We both really enjoyed our stay.

Kyabram House was great.

Perfect location 1 minute from the heart of the beautiful town of Kyabram. Paul was very easy to deal with, good communicator and very accommodating towards us as we were evacuating the flooding in Shepparton. The home is very spacious, comfortable and child friendly. Back yard very clean and tidy and our kids loved playing there. Thank you Paul.

Everything was great! The property is old, (as expected) but has heaps of character! It was clean and well stocked with all the household items we needed. Great location, & we appreciated the air conditioning in the evening after touring the Silo Art areas all day, as it was 37-40c while we were there! We were aware (from reviews) traffic noise can be a problem at night, but we went prepared & didn’t have a problem. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We will return!!

Comfortable

The beds are comfortable, alas not the same for the pillows. There's plenty of room in this house & each room has reverse cycle air-conditioning so you can heat or cool room by room to suit. There are 2 large couches to sit on & the dinning table is large to accommodate families. Easy walk to the shops & 2 pubs. Go to dinner at a pub & walk home if you have had too much to drink. I had a few issues, but Paul rang me several times to apologise profusely. I had not been to Kyabram before & didn't know the property was on the main road. Compared to main roads in Melbourne, it was nothing, but for me it was annoying, cars trucks & B-doubles. Having said that it did stop enough to sleep.

Great Stay

This is a great house, perfect for a family or couple who like to spread out. The eclectic decor complements the house and makes for a quirky visit/rural stay. The house is well set up and maintained for a country town visit. Great back deck area and backyard. Walking distance to the main area of town, where you can pick up supplies, and cafes and hotels are welcoming and friendly. There was a bit of road noise, but certainly manageable Most things expected are provided. Wet weather is problematic for laundry as no dryer or clothes airers are provided. Great stay and we'll probably be back

Comfort in Kyabram

Large, clean, and hassle free. We found the bed very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with utensils and the back garden perfect for our elderly dog. It is only a short walk to a park and the shops are nearby.

beautiful house

The property was lovely and clean and well equipped. I stayed here with my 80 year old mum and 2 Aunts and it accommodated us all very well. The house is very central for traveling around N.E. Victoria. Kyabram is a lovely town with all your needs covered. Would definitely stay here again

Quiet break away

A lovely house, clean and comfortable and easily within walking distance of shops, cafes etc. The backyard is large with secure fencing. The period pieces decorating the house are a delight and brought back many memories. Can highly recommend this property.

Kyabram stay

Property was large and comfortable for the 5 adults and 2 small dogs that we were. Amenities were very good. Backyard was secure for the dogs. Cooling was a godsend. The only thing was that the second bathroom was a laundry with shower and toilet rather than a full bathroom which we were expecting. Apart from that a lovely place to stay.
