Denna vackra 2 våningar villa enhet ligger undangömt i ett enhetskomplex, i ett centralt centralt läge, bara 5 minuters promenad till affärer och kaffe. Super tyst läge, inget trafikbuller. En välutrustad modern enhet, omvänd cykel luftkonditionering, lock-up enda garage. Allt du kan önska för ett hem hemifrån. Perfekt för en weekendresa, familjesemester eller affärsresa.

Enheten har mysig öppen planlösning vardagsrum / matsal / fullt utrustat kök, stor kylskåp, gå igenom till tvätt och en praktisk nere toalett, genom att låsa upp garage och gå utomhus till en asfalterad innergård.

Trätrappa tar dig övervåningen till sovrummet ett med en härlig smidesjärn stil säng och kudde övermadrass och högar och massor av skåp utrymme. Sovrum 2 har två enkelsängar och välutrustade badrummet ligger precis bredvid med toalett, dusch / bad och fåfänga.

Enheten är helt matt, har diskmaskin, omvänd cykel luftkonditionering, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och praktiskt lockup garage.

Sängarna består av queen size smidesjärn stil, örngott säng i sovrum 1, medan 2: a sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar med massor av skåp utrymme. Badrum på övervåningen med en bekväm 2: a toalett nere.

Great Place to Stay

The property is extremely clean and is well laid out. The quality of appliances is high and there are cooking utensils galore. The host is super friendly and very personable. Located within a few hundred metres of supermarkets and shops. Fantastic stay.

It was as if it was my own home

All the requirements from clothes pegs to heating to a range of TV availability were on offer. It is close to town and I walked to work and restaurants. Robyn really helped when I got into a jam. Thanks, Robyn!

Very clean and comfortable townhouse.

We only stayed 2 nights and didn’t spend much time in the townhouse but it was perfect for our needs, especially location. The Two Tarts cafe was a short stroll away. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would expect and more.

Clean, spacious, welcoming

Property was as described, immaculately presented. Everything we needed. Check in was easy. We had a holiday in the snow, perfect to come home and get everything dry. Eat in or dine out was easy.

Location and cleanliness- my favourite things!

The bottlebrush is tucked away in a quiet location albeit within walking distance to all amenities. The unit is very clean and well presented. Our hosts are brilliant communicators and just make the whole process seamless. Thank you Robyn & Bruce for allowing us to stay.

Terrific Tumut

Our first visit to Tumut and it wasn’t disappointing. Our accomodation was perfect. Location was great, house was very, very comfortable. The block of units was quiet and full of magnificent bottlebrush trees. The only downside was the birds love them too!! Robyn’s place had everything you would need for an extended stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. Do not miss the lookout at the top of Wynyard for a breathtaking view.

I could live here

What a lovely townhouse! It was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen, which included pantry items, made meal preparation very easy. The bed and linens were perfectly clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend to family and friends visiting this part of the world.
