ROSE COTTAGE
Byggt på 1890-talet var detta den ursprungliga lantgårdstugan som sedan har uppdaterats för att göra det mysigt och avslappnat, fristående, privat boende för upp till 4 vuxna.
- öppen planlösning och matplats med angränsande kök.
- 2 sovrum. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, det andra sovrummet en dubbelsäng plus en singel. Vi uppmuntrar gästerna att ta med eget linne (lakan, örngott och badlakan). Om linne begärs, observera tilläggsavgift på $ 75 per vistelse. Doonor, filtar, kuddar och kökshanddukar finns.
- Huvudbadrummet har toalett, dusch och tvättmöjligheter.

- fullt utrustat kök inklusive Saeco kaffemaskin

SPRINGWOOD FARM
- Endast 1. 5 timmar från Melbourne CBD är Neerim-området en dold pärla.
Stugan ligger på en arbetsgård som ligger i en av de grönaste och mest fruktbara regionerna i Victoria. Även om en stor del av jordbruket på 22 hektar används för att göda det främsta nötköttet producerar gården också valnötter och blåbär under säsongen.
Det finns också en stor fruktträdgård med olika träd i arv.
Många arter av fåglar, inklusive kung papegojor som vi ofta matar. Känguruer kommer regelbundet ut ur skogen för att beta i vår paddock under stugan, och på natten måste du vara vaksam för att undvika wombats som kommer ut för att äta i vägarna.
Efter att ha vandrat runt på gården kan du njuta av stugan och lugnet, antingen ta prov på det lokala vinet och färska råvaror framför elden eller sitta på den främre verandan och njuta av ljuden från fåglarna i trädgården och skogen och titta på Känguruerna som solen går ner.

Beautiful stay in the country, lovely cottage.

Rose Cottage has all you need for a quiet, country getaway. Clean, cosy place with comfortable beds & beautiful views. Books, games, toys, tv, if you want to stay in for the day, or visit the Ada tree or Toronga Falls. Lovely 3 day visit!

A perfect retreat

This property always ties in with childhood memories, so it is always glorious. The calm and beauty of the location make it the perfect place to unwind, but all services you need and want are just 5 minutes drive away.

Great place and relax , best for family.

My short-term stay at this home stay was fantastic! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, the room was cozy and clean, The peaceful surroundings and helpful local tips made my brief visit memorable. I’ll definitely consider returning for another short getaway in the future.

Idyllic country farmhouse

Comfortable cosy house with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The bird life and views of rolling green hills were amazing. We loved the beautiful views of Spring-flowering trees out of each window and the cheerful wood-fired heater. Lovely nearby walks. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a good book!

Very quiet and peaceful place

Great to wake up to bird song instead of traffic. Fresh roses and a welcome note left for us. Clear instructions for all facilities. This was our second time staying there, and we will definitely be going back.

Farmstay Paradise

I go to unwind and get away, and Rose Cottage is just the perfect place to relax and find peace. It is quiet (if you don't count the lowing of the cows that echoes around the valley), but close enough to everything you need if you want to go out or be more active. It has a sense of homeliness, welcome and comfort like you are staying on your uncle's farm. I will be going back over and over.

Glorious, peaceful, beautiful

Possibly the most beautiful place on earth. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and lovely hosts who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. There was some confusion in currency conversion between AUD and USD in the paperwork, but that didn't detract from the stay in any way. I have never felt more happy to just sit on the verandah, read and watch the clouds go by.

peaceful and serene stay

My wife and I spent 4 glorious days at the Rose Cottage. It's a beautiful retreat that is nice and quiet, except the occasional mooing from a nearby cow. The cottage has all of the amenities you need to make it a nice and relaxing stay. The hosts are welcoming and they even dropped around a 6 pack of fresh eggs from their chickens. We will definitely book again and would recommend it to anyone else needing a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Rose Cottage is a mere 8 minute drive from Neerim South. In the town there is a great bakery, butcher, IGA and pub.

A slice of heaven

A perfect spot in an original country cottage to get away from the rat race of city life. Peace, tranquility and yet able to connect to Netflix and cook a roast, and visit local shops. Lots to see and nature spaces to explore in the surrounds. Sitting in te front porch with coffee. Looking out at the bush and the rolling hills and watching the local birds and wildlife a definite highlight. We will be back!

A very peaceful property

Old style farm house with a wide mix of eras represented by the furnishings and decor. Comfortable beds, one large well equipped bathroom and one small powder room/bathroom. Enjoyed the beautiful farm views which can been seen from most windows. Saw kangaroos, rabbits, cows and many birds including yellow-tailed cockatoos. Bring hiking boots/gumboots if you want to walk around the cow paddocks. Very friendly owners.

Rose Cottage

Huge farm, with cows, chickens, kangaroos, and other local birds. We met the owners David and Jane lovely people who are very friendly and carying. David made sure we had enough firewood to keep warm at night and Jane provided us with fresh laid eggs from their chickes. Our kids had fun walking around the farm and picking fresh laid eggs in the mornings. The cottage is very well looked after and very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, a well deserved brain cleaning place to stay.

Peaceful

Our hosts Jane and David were extremely welcoming and everything was in the house that we needed to make our stay so very comfortable. Jane was great with our grandkids and even let them pick blueberries ( which were delicious) , showed them their cattle and even let them name one of their chickens and feed them and the birds. Jane was very informative as where to we could go to see the sights . Toorongo Falls and Amphitheatre Falls and the trestle bridge at Nogee. If you want a good meal go to the Neerim South pub .
