Denna fantastiska vattnet hem är familjevänlig som inhägnad från kanalen. Sovrummen ligger borta från vardagsrummet vilket leder till ett stort underhållande däck med utsikt över din egen exklusiva 23m långa vita sandstränder. Poolen är mycket privat och affärer ligger inom gångavstånd. Det är en kort promenad till Mooloolaba Beach & Café Strip.

Great place to stay

House was beautiful although a bit 'tired' but a big and comfortable place to stay. pool area and entertainment areas were great and it was wonderful to be able to look out onto the canal. Very clean and all amenities that you need are there. Host was very lovely to deal with

House was as it was advertised nice and clean right on the water.. nice and quiet.. pup enjoyed the backyard and beach.. pool was clean and refreshing on the hot humid days.

Not a great stay for family weekend away

Was a lovely house and amazing location however the cleanliness was not to standards which is going to be adressed by the owner. There was cockroach's around the house and some old grapes had been left underneath the living room couch otoman as well as hair within the bathroom floors and dirt on the floors also. There was additianlly blood stains on two sets of sheets which we had to change and not being pleasant. Great the owner is getting this cleanliness adressed with the cleaner if any as it seemed this propoerty had not been fully cleaned upon arrival. There was not suitable bedding for the 8 guests as listed. 2 out of the 4 beds were sufficient for comfort. Two beds had broken supports under the middle frame of the beds, thus it was very unpleasant with the bed not level and all weight for two people being focused towards the centre of the bed and subsequently having to sleep on a leaning bed. The owner is not going to fix thee beds when addressed as supposidly this has not been an issue in the past which frankly we did not see how as it was not an issue for previous guests The pool was also green from previous storms and was no rectified for our stay and could not be used which was dissapointing as that was another great function for the pick of the property when we booked. Apart from this the owner was very punctual in response however the overall experience was not suitable for our stay

Great place with tons of soace

The Palms has plenty of soace. A great location on a canal. Great deck. Easy to walk to the Mooloolaba Esplande and Wharf if you want to avoid the parking issues there. Will definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Property conveniently located to cafes, restaurants and beaches. Quiet residential area. Comfortable and homely house with lots of space for our family of four. Beautiful pool.

Mooloolaba Stay

We had a great stay and the house was perfect for the family. The pool was fantastic and the house was perfect for our weekend away. I'd highly recommend this property.

Relaxing holiday

The property was exactly as listed. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with pleasant views of the canal. Melissa was very helpful and quick to respond to our txt messages. Will be looking to book for our next break.
