Om du letar efter en privat och lugn tillflyktsort, inbäddat bland de böljande kullarna, en verklig flykt från staden, välkomnar du till Johanna Meadows där gästerna kan koppla av och njuta av landslivet.

Denna stuga med 2 sovrum har utsikt över de böljande kullarna och ängarna i Johanna och den naturliga skogen på fastigheten. Ett modernt välutrustat hem som rymmer upp till 4.
Sovrum 1 har en Queen size-säng. Sovrum 2 har en våningssäng med en dubbelsäng på botten och enkelsäng på toppen.

Du kan höra havets ljud bara en kort 3. 5 km bort på Johanna Beach. Promenera längs sandstränderna och se den fantastiska solnedgången över vattnet. Om surfing är din sak kan du inte slå Johanna Beach, eller kanske du bara vill släppa i en rad och fånga en fisk. För dig som gillar en långsammare takt kan du slappa av på dagbädden när morgonsolen fyller hela huset med sina gyllene strålar. Koppla av i vardagsrummet medan du tittar på TV / DVD eller bara njuta av den lugna utsikten över ängarna och de böljande kullarna. Denna 12 tunnland stora egendom har sin egen skog fylld med ormbunkar. Ta en kort promenad längs spåren genom de majestätiska höga timmerna. I slutet av dagen kan du koppla av och njuta av en grill med ett glas av din favoritdrink. Eller bara koppla upp bredvid vedeldens värme.

Fastigheten ligger bara 1 km från den berömda Great Ocean Road. Det är idealiskt beläget, vilket ger dig enkel tillgång till många attraktioner i Otway, The Otway Fly, Maits Rest, Melba Gully, Otway Light House, Castle Cove, Triplet falls, för att bara nämna några. Great Ocean Walk slingrar sig längs Johanna Beach, de 12 apostlarna är en kort 45 minuters bilresa bort och kuststaden Apollo Bay är en 30 min bilresa.

Njut av en bra pubmåltid på Lavers Hill Roadhouse eller kaffe och lätta måltider på The Shoppe, Blackwood Gully Tearooms eller Yatzies kaféer.

Paradise close to home

We had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous cottage that immediately felt like home. Beautifully styled home that is filled with lots of care and everything you would need for a comfortable stay.Anna and Branko made us feel at home, they treated us with a special gesture and checked in to ensure our stay is good. Great Ocean Road Hidaway

Arrived at the beautiful property to be greeted by a lovely decorated and very well equipped home with goodies from the garden as well as everything you could need for a couple of days away. Anna was very easy to communicate with and made us very welcome. I can only recommend this place, all you need to do is rock up, everything else is there.

A little wonderland for a peaceful stay

Excellent and timely communication from hosts, Anna & Branko. The property and presentation itself exceeded my expectations. A lot of thought and detail has clearly gone into everything to allow guests to feel like every base of comfort has been covered. Johanna is one of my favourite places to visit and our hosts help you fall in love with the place all over again.

Just what we needed

A brilliant place to escape from the troubles of the world (again). Nothing better than waking up to the song of the shrike thrush. Oh, and the house was perfectly presented - clean and with everything we needed.

Marvelous Stay

Marvelous stay !!! A lovely comfortable place with amazing views /location , beautiful place to relax with family. Cottage was very clean and beautifully arranged with lot of thoughtful touches. Our kids loved it, the first thing I heard as soon as they stepped into the cottage was ""WOWW.." We absolutely loved the stay and will go again.

We absolutely loved Johanna Meadows Cottage. It was so well equipped and in a beautiful location. Communication from the hosts was excellent too. It was a great base for us to enjoy the local walks and waterfalls. We will definitely be back :)

Fantastic house and view

We really enjoyed our stay at Johanna Meadows. The house was comfortable, warm and well equiped. The view from the house was wonderful, lovely to have a cup of tea an just sit outside with the view. We also found it was close to everything we wanted to see and do such as the Otway Fly, waterfalls and the beach.

Fantastic Property

We loved staying at Johanna Meadows Cottage. It is really well furnished, sparklingly clean and so comfortable. The attention to detail is just perfect.The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need and as we love to cook, it was great. The views out over the property are lovely and it is so quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Idyllic Girls Getaway

Perfect location to get away from it all set in its own private valley close to Johanna beach. Wonderfully appointed cottage. Immaculately presented. Personal touches throughout. Great to have fresh lemons and access to the herb garden! We will definitely be back.

We traveled here in our youth and have lovely memories of fishing here with our parents and extended family.
It is a great base to explore the many attractions in the area and come home to a peaceful relaxing home with lovely views to enjoy which make you feel like you are nestled in your own little slice of peace and tranquility

Our property is nestled among the rolling hills of the Johanna countryside and the views from all windows make us feel so peaceful and relaxed. We love the fact it is close to Johanna beach for fishing and relaxing as well as a great base to explore the Great Ocean Road attractions such as 12 Apostles, Otway fly, Maits rest, Melba Gully, Triplet falls, Hopetoun falls, Apollo Bay, Otway Lighthouse, Castle cove, Timboon Distillery, Timboon cheese, Timboon Icecream and many more.
