Sovrum 1 har en Queen size-sÀng. Sovrum 2 har en vÄningssÀng med en dubbelsÀng pÄ botten och enkelsÀng pÄ toppen.

Du kan höra havets ljud bara en kort 3. 5 km bort pÄ Johanna Beach. Promenera lÀngs sandstrÀnderna och se den fantastiska solnedgÄngen över vattnet. Om surfing Àr din sak kan du inte slÄ Johanna Beach, eller kanske du bara vill slÀppa i en rad och fÄnga en fisk. För dig som gillar en lÄngsammare takt kan du slappa av pÄ dagbÀdden nÀr morgonsolen fyller hela huset med sina gyllene strÄlar. Koppla av i vardagsrummet medan du tittar pÄ TV / DVD eller bara njuta av den lugna utsikten över Àngarna och de böljande kullarna. Denna 12 tunnland stora egendom har sin egen skog fylld med ormbunkar. Ta en kort promenad lÀngs spÄren genom de majestÀtiska höga timmerna. Paradise close to home

We had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous cottage that immediately felt like home. Beautifully styled home that is filled with lots of care and everything you would need for a comfortable stay.Anna and Branko made us feel at home, they treated us with a special gesture and checked in to ensure our stay is good. All we can say is thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Hope to visit again soon.

Great Ocean Road Hidaway

Arrived at the beautiful property to be greeted by a lovely decorated and very well equipped home with goodies from the garden as well as everything you could need for a couple of days away. Anna was very easy to communicate with and made us very welcome. I can only recommend this place, all you need to do is rock up, everything else is there.

A little wonderland for a peaceful stay

Excellent and timely communication from hosts, Anna & Branko. The property and presentation itself exceeded my expectations. A lot of thought and detail has clearly gone into everything to allow guests to feel like every base of comfort has been covered. Johanna is one of my favourite places to visit and our hosts help you fall in love with the place all over again.

Perfect

Thank you Anna and Branko for another lovely sojourn at beautiful Joanna Meadows. You are both wonderful and thoughtful hosts. As always, the cottage felt so welcoming. It is obviously well-loved and cared for. Some yummy treats on arrival. Spotlessly clean throughout. Very comfortable sofas and beds including quality bedding. I enjoyed cooking in the very well-equipped kitchen. Relaxing on the daybed either reading, looking out over the hills or watching for wildlife to come out of the forest. Although midwinter, I was warm and cosy inside thanks to the very effective wood heater. I loved listening to the birds, the wind in the trees and the Great Southern Ocean in the distance. Johanna Beach and part of the Great Ocean Walk are just a few minutes drive away. It was so quiet and peaceful here. The perfect place to just relax and soothe the soul.

Just what we needed

A brilliant place to escape from the troubles of the world (again). Nothing better than waking up to the song of the shrike thrush. Oh, and the house was perfectly presented - clean and with everything we needed.

Anna and Branko are amazingly outstanding hosts. Their attention to details in their cottage is exceptional. They are very generous with their supplies in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, bedrooms and their fireplace. Cookies, chocolates and a loaf of freshly baked bread awaited us when we checked in. They also shared with us their own organic honey from their bee hives and lemons/limes from their property. They were very clear in their instructions to their property and for check in/out. Johanna Meadows is a beautiful, cosy and very comfortable & clean cottage in a serene, quiet and beautiful setting. The best self contained accommodation we have ever stayed at, here in Australia and overseas. We were walking the Great Ocean Road walking trail and we picked Johanna Meadows as our base because it is literally right in the middle of the walking trail, 30 minutes to Apollo Bay, the starting point of the trail, 40 minutes to the 12 Apostles, the ending point of the trail, with Cape Otway Lighthouse, Aire River, Johanna Beach, The Gable Lookout, Wreck Beach, and the Devil's Kitchen in between. Anna and Branko were very kind to agree to look out for us each day to ensure we returned to base at the end of each walking day. The cottage is only up the road from Johanna Beach and around 20 minutes to The Perch in Laver's Hill, an amazing place for good food and excellent service. Thank you, Anna and Branko again for hosting us, we will be back!! Christina & Paul S

Marvelous Stay

Marvelous stay !!! A lovely comfortable place with amazing views /location , beautiful place to relax with family. Cottage was very clean and beautifully arranged with lot of thoughtful touches. Our kids loved it, the first thing I heard as soon as they stepped into the cottage was ""WOWW.." We absolutely loved the stay and will go again.

Walks & Waterfalls

We absolutely loved Johanna Meadows Cottage. It was so well equipped and in a beautiful location. Communication from the hosts was excellent too. It was a great base for us to enjoy the local walks and waterfalls. We will definitely be back :)

Fantastic house and view

We really enjoyed our stay at Johanna Meadows. The house was comfortable, warm and well equiped. The view from the house was wonderful, lovely to have a cup of tea an just sit outside with the view. We also found it was close to everything we wanted to see and do such as the Otway Fly, waterfalls and the beach.

Fantastic Property

We loved staying at Johanna Meadows Cottage. It is really well furnished, sparklingly clean and so comfortable. The attention to detail is just perfect.The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need and as we love to cook, it was great. The views out over the property are lovely and it is so quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Our cottage is in a beautiful rural area off the Great Ocean Road.
We traveled here in our youth and have lovely memories of fishing here with our parents and extended family.
It is a great base to explore the many attractions in the area and come home to a peaceful relaxing home with lovely views to enjoy which make you feel like you are nestled in your own little slice of peace and tranquility

Our property is nestled among the rolling hills of the Johanna countryside and the views from all windows make us feel so peaceful and relaxed. We love the fact it is close to Johanna beach for fishing and relaxing as well as a great base to explore the Great Ocean Road attractions such as 12 Apostles, Otway fly, Maits rest, Melba Gully, Triplet falls, Hopetoun falls, Apollo Bay, Otway Lighthouse, Castle cove, Timboon Distillery, Timboon cheese, Timboon Icecream and many more.
