Platsen är en utmärkt bas för att besöka andra delar av Melbourne, bara 5 km till CBD, 3 km till den livliga Fitzroy och 2 km till den ikoniska Carlton. Spårvagnar i båda riktningarna från huset kommer att ge en verklig smak av Melbourne, som tar dig till staden samt till den berömda St Kilda-stranden.

Clean and very comfortable stay in a fantastic location. Very quiet street with easy free parking out front. House had a lovely homey feel with everything we needed. We will definitely be back

We were late getting to the house as our luggage was lost by the airline, when we got to the house it was freezing. We couldn’t get the heating to work until the next morning and had a most uncomfortable night. The house was very basic and the walls paper thin. We have been charged extra cleaning which have paid, but we should receive a refund for the first night.

East Brunswick Home

Excellent area, a quick walk 2 blocks to Coles, Liquor land, movies , hotel and Tram. Accommodated our family beautifully. I would recommend this property? Easy access , no complaints from us .

BRUNSWICK BEAUTY!

A fabulous property! Location was great with hidden cafes, parks and Lygon Street a short walk away. The beds were all super comfortable and pantry stocked with little bits of pieces. Stunning courtyard out the back!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our little home away from home in Brunswick. Spacious, clean, sunny, and quiet. The lovely small back garden is a plus, as is the A/C.Great neighborhood. Tons of cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Close to public transport.Highly recommend!

Perfect Home Place

First impression is the great communication with the owner. Assured us correctly that parking would be no problem. The front garden with blooming white roses was a pretty welcome. Lovely main bedroom & good space the other 2. Kitchen was well equipped & the complimentary pantry items welcomed. Bathroom spacious & laundry facility excellent. Great space for our wedding party for hair, makeup people to set up. The back garden greenery lovely for bridal photos. Brunswick a vibrant location & this gorgeous stylish home, a stroll away from a great cafe, in a quiet street added to the vibe. Couldn’t have asked for more !

This property suited our family group perfectly and we loved the location. So close to tram and bus routes and shops, bars, cafes, parks and restaurants round the corner. Would love to stay here again one day.

Great for the dog!

At the end of the street is a dog friendly park with cafe on corner. Home has all you need for a comfortable stay. Enough room to move about or "hide" on the lounge upstairs. There is one bedroom and bathroom on ground floor which was helpful for guest with stair issues.

Great place!

We were so happy with our stay here, the location was excellent with both a park at the end of the street and several great cafes within walking distance. The actual house was well equipped and very comfortable for everyone, down to the pillows not being flat pancakes!! Would absolutely recommend this place to families and small groups

14 Hutchinson Street, Brunswick East - Excellent

There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and this property suited us ideally. The facilities and inclusions were excellent and the location, with shops and restaurants within an easy walk made for an enjoyable stay. The instructions provided by the host, Sue, were clear and concise and communication with her prior to arrival were great. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

Weekend with family

Really fabulous location new cafes a big park and oval as well as supermarket. Lovely community. House was perfect. Really great that a cot and high chair could be provided as it made flying with our one year old a lot easier.

Quiet and relaxing

Brunswick is a bit further from Melbourne CBD than it seemed in the map. Easily accessible via tram on a normal day but with luggage this is a quite a long way to go. Beautiful neighborhood and spacious house. Not sure why the beds couldn't have been made up for us. We loved the espresso machine.

This house is in a fantastic spot, suited us perfectly. Wi fi is not fantastic bring your own if you rely on it for business. Otherwise great. Top quality linen and very comfortable beds. Thank you

This property has a lovely feel to it. Having three bedrooms makes it ideal for groups of couples and families. It is spacious and allows people to have their own space - two living areas and the three bedrooms are not in close proximity to each other - one is downstairs and the other two are at different ends of the upstairs space separated by a bathroom and small living area.
