Dennis - This home was completely remodeled in 2017. Walk to beach, 4 Bedrooms and 3 baths, Central A/C to keep you comfortable on those warm summer days. Beautiful landscaped grounds and lots of room to entertain. Conveniently located to popular northside beaches including Mayflower, Bayview and Corporation. A short distance to the Cape Cod Playhouse, Dennis Village, numerous shops, restaurants and ice cream! Make your Cape Cod Summer memories here!

Living space approximately square footage is 1616PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Good location in nice neighborhood

We were very pleased with the property and a good fit for our family. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Property had a Great Room with ample seating for our family of eight. Also nice sitting area off kitchen/dining area. Large backyard with outdoor shower.

Great house, great location

We had a great week at this property. Very clean and newly renovated with all the amenities you could hope for. Walking distance to beach and shops. Perfect Cape getaway for our family of 5. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home close to amazing beach!

This gorgeous renovated house has everything you need for a great week in Dennis. Plenty of space on two levels, beautiful kitchen and backyard. And about 1/2 mile to the best beaches on the cape! We will rent this home again.
