Fullständigt fristående stuga i Queenslander stil som ligger i en 2 tunnland fastighet med förhöjd utsikt.

Vacker semi-lantlig miljö och bara några minuters bilresa från den historiska byn Mudgeeraba, cirka 10 minuter från Robina, med dess stora köpcentrum och cirka 20 minuter från några av Guldkustens bästa stränder och guldkustens temaparker.

Fastigheten har 3 sovrum - Master med King Size, andra har möjlighet till två kung singlar eller en stor king size-säng och 3 - 2 standard singlar. Alla sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. Också ett litet "kontorsområde" med skrivbord om du behöver det.

Köket är stort och välutrustat om du bestämmer dig för självhushåll. Tillgång till täckt grillplats och sittgrupp utanför finns också. Det finns också flera restauranger inom några minuters bilresa.

Rymlig avkopplande öppen planlösning och matplats samt två underbyggda balkonger (huvudsakligen är 20m2) båda med sittplatser. Välkommen tillhandahållande av te, kaffe, mjölk och juice.

En inhägnad paddock bredvid Lark Rise (appx 400m2) och utrustad med appx 150mm2 / 6 "x 6" hålstorlek kan användas för att din hund (ar) ska springa runt.

Beläget i ett lugnt område med massor av besökande djur och fåglar.

Välskötta husdjur (brukade leva inomhus) är välkomna, men tillåter inte möbler.

Lark Rise designades med tanke på din integritet. Ägare bor i fastigheter intill Lark Rise och är tillgängliga vid behov.

Touch of paradise

Beautiful setting in the rainforest. Wild birds were so much fun and plentiful. Wonderful hosts, they were very helpful.

Relaxing Stay

We had a really lovely family break at Lark Rise. It has a scenic outlook and it was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast... but close enough to easily visit some of the attractions. A highlight for my kids was feeding Jackie's goats.

A great place to stay

We had a great 6 week stay at Lark Rise and would have liked to stay longer.The house is in a great quiet place and is well maintained, very clean and had everything we needed.Jackie and Paul are warm, welcoming and sweet people. They do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.I would highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful place!!

We had a two week stay at Lark Rise. The accommodation met our needs, that being a family of 5 and a small dog. It was clean and functional. The location is handy to shops and tourist locations north, south, east & west. The hosts are friendly and easy to talk too. We have no complaints about our stay and would consider staying again. Thank you Jackie and Paul for a pleasant stay.

Perfect family getaway

Absolutely wonderful. House was comfortable and warm. Everything we needed was at our fingertips Jackie had put a lot of thought into making sure our stay was perfect. We loved spending time on the deck and the bird life was amazing. Even the family dog was spoilt treats on our arrival and great fenced in paddock for off lead play. Holiday with pets

We stayed at Lark Rise for 3 nights and bought our 2 beagles with us, they loved the little fenced paddock in front of the cottage and sitting on the balcony listening to the birds and wildlife. The property was well maintained and comfortable we had a very enjoyable stay

Nice break away!

Overall, we were very happy with our 5-night holiday—the property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a lovely location. Communication during our stay was excellent, and the hosts were kind, compassionate, and regularly checked in via SMS to ensure we were comfortable, which we really appreciated. We were also grateful to be offered a late check-out as a gesture of goodwill after early-morning NBN works on the property, which was very thoughtful.That said, I did feel a little uncomfortable after check-in. Prior to our arrival, I had explained that I was travelling with an NDIS participant who can occasionally laugh quite loudly. Upon check-in, we were told that the reason for all the questions beforehand was due to concerns about the neighbor, who often complain, and because the owners’ house is located very close to the accommodation. While I now understand the owner's initial hesitation, it did make me feel a bit uneasy, and I found myself staying indoors with the doors closed for most of the time to avoid any potential issues.Additionally, after check-out, I received a message about a missing towel and was informed I would need to pay to replace it. I responded helpfully and followed up with a phone call to clarify that we hadn’t taken the towel. Two days later, I received a message saying it had been found in a cupboard. While I’m relieved it was located, the situation left me feeling somewhat accused and uncomfortable, which unfortunately put a damper on an other

So accommodating

Jackie and Paul were so accommodating, especially looking out for our two dachshunds. Nothing was too much trouble. A great place, very dog friendly, paddock for the dogs to run around and all the ammenities we could need. Definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Getaway

I absolutely loved my stay at Lark Rise. The place was so lovely and clean, the beds super comfy and the kitchen well stocked. What I loved most was sitting out on the large balcony listening to the birds, so relaxing. The paddock was fantastic for my greyhound to zoom around in. Lark Rise is also located close to shops and cafes. Jackie and Paul were fantastic hosts, going out of their way to make sure my holiday was perfect. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

Great family house

Lark rise was a perfectly maintained, great house for a family stay. It sits within a beautiful site & its elevation gives a fantastic view across the valley & creek below Such a restful experience & with everything provided we could possibly need Communication was a breeze. Our early arrival easily dealt with & our first night embarrassing inability to get the oven working solved with an immediate visit to advise Thankyou!
