Beautiful little unit

This place was fantastic to stay, very beautiful little hidden gem right in Ipswich. So close to everything. Very accepting of fur kids and our two dogs had a fantastic few days with plenty of grass to run around on. Would definitely stay there again😁

Fairly basic but comfortable unit in a quiet cul-de-sac

Tucked away at the back of the property it was a secluded and quiet place making it a comfortable stay. Great communication with the owner which made it easy. It's fairly dated and there was some minor cleaning overlooked but you can tell the property is well maintained. We had everything we needed including a great aircon to warm the place on the cold evenings. Some construction next door which woke us up but looked to be a short term build. A short walk to Queens Garden, apx 15min walk to the supermarket, 25 min walk to the Ipswich train station and 35 min walk to Riverlink Mall.

Wedding Get Away.

It was very close to my friends son place. It was great to hear the birds and the kookaburra in the early morning. It was close to outskirts of the city centre. It was a beautiful wedding.

Just what I needed

A quiet and ideal place with wonderful landlords . Sit on the deck and watch the sunrise. It has everything you need for a few days or for a few weeks . Not posh so youre not paying for unwanted frills and 100% clean and tidy . The only thing I would say was 4.9/5.0 was the pressure of the shower. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Ok, but missing Wi-Fi the whole time. The hard part is that they have had problems a week befor.

They should have let us know we would not have regular Wi-Fi use while there. So I feel a bit frustrated about that. And very lacking in towels, one hand towel for two adults does not cut it. They need to have more towels there on stand by. The garden was lovely and overall ok to stay in.

Awesome home away from home!

Great unit, clean, tidy and in the best location, close to everything in Ipswich, Roz was awesome and let us in a little early which we appreciated so very much! Will be visiting again!

Right for the price

A lovely little cottage albeit a bit tired. The location was quite good for what we needed and is close to both Queens Park and Limestone Park, as well as being in an overall quiet area (the property is on a dead-end street). The kitchen was well out-fitted and having a washing machine was also very useful. Our only complaint was the VERY firm bed. We appreciate that this is a matter of personal choice but for us, we found the bed initially quite uncomfortable however with the use of several doonas (supplied with the house) as underlays we slept comfortably after that. Overall the house was tidy however there is a neighbourhood cat that likes to sit on the outdoor furniture which meant that it was covered in cat fur (perhaps having the pillows inside or in an outdoor chest might stop this from happening). We also found the parking for our unit a bit difficult to get in/out of but we are driving a large SUV but a smaller vehicle would be fine.

It was a great little house and all we needed for our short stay. Roz was a great host and easy to ask her for info on the area. The rooms were big and we had everything we needed in the house.

This an old property and some upgrades certainly needed; this a constructive review: On arrival about 7.45pm the Front door was wide open and front porch light (not security lights) even though an email from Roz said key would be in the safe lock. Not end of world but not sure where I stood if the TV was missing. Went to use washing machine; found items already in machine but not hung out. I hung them out as they were clean; 2 x bath towels, 1 x pillow slip, 1 x fitted sheet, 1x flat sheet & 1 face washer (that we used as there wasn’t one there) when they dried I placed them on the single bed. No exhaust fans in toilet or bathroom. Poor lighting in bathroom. No hooks in toilet to hang whatever. Skirting boards and bases of robes were very dusty. Didn’t use stove but it looked like it needed some attention on top. Front security lights did not work. Rear ramp to line has reached its use-by. Outside rear light above base of rear ramp did not work. Location is alright but you need a car. Carports are small, my problem as I have a bigger car than normal. I made friends with the cat, was there every morning for a chat.

The Rosehill Apartments, are very neat, with a homely environment.

I was very impressed with the level of comfort as well as the spacing. It's not too big nor too small, with very comfortable furniture - making it comfortable to live in. Very impressed with the communication as it was timely and well informing.
