Modernt strandhus med havsutsikt

Detta Àr en underbar strand hus med fantastisk strand och havsutsikt. Det finns ett stort dÀck för att njuta av utsikten. Det finns ocksÄ enastÄende utsikt frÄn insidan av huset via stora fönster - frÄn vardagsrum, matsal och sovrum. Kök och badrum Àr helt nya.

VÀrme tillförs av en ny luftkonditionerade enhet och vedspis. Badrummet har sin egen uppvÀrmning inklusive vÀgg vÀrmare, handdukstork och golvvÀrme.

Det finns tre sovrum. Sovrum en har en mycket bekvÀm queen size sÀng och har direkt havsutsikt. Den öppnar till dÀck. Sovrum tvÄ har en utmÀrkt queen size-sÀng och ser ut mot trÀdgÄrden. Det tredje sovrummet har en dubbel vÄningssÀng med stora enkelsÀngar. Alla rum har inbyggd förvaring och lÀtt Ätkomst utrymme för pÄsar

Köket Àr nytt med helt nya apparater. Den innehÄller en induktionskamin, Miele-ugn och har koriska bÀnkskivor.

Matsalen har ett vackert trÀbord och ser rakt ner till Wye River Beach.

Loungen har en mycket comfy "King" soffa, en mysig Jindarra brÀnnare och en stor vÀggmonterad Samsung TV och Blue ray DVD-spelare.

Strandhuset ligger 5 till 8 minuters promenad till stranden, affÀren och puben.

Comfort with a Great View

This Stayz home has been cleverly renovated. The large picture windows across the living areas frame a beautiful view of Wye Beach and make the home feel very spacious. Glass balustrades around the front balcony ensure the view is not interrupted and provide a cosiness to sitting out on tge balcony. It has all the appointments and little extras that make a holiday comfortable from electric blankets to a wood fire to all the necessary kitchen appliances and board games. The host is very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house with a fantastic view!

We recently stayed in this house and loved everything about it - the location is fantastic with very easy access to the beach and the general store. The deck is a wonderful place to stay on a sunny day.

Magnificent Location

We have been staying down at Wye River for the last 15 years staying at various properties on both sides of the river. John's house location was fantastic for the little legs of my youngest to walk to the General Store or Beach while also comfortable enough to be well away of the Hussle and bustle. The property was clean and well presented and the view was magnificent. I well and truly recommend this property.

Wonderful Property with a Wonderful Host

My family and I had a lovely and restful 5 days down at Wye River thanks to our host John. The property has everything you could need, from the kitchen to electric blankets on each bed - our stay was nothing but comfortable. The view of the beach is impeccable and nothing in Wye is further than a 5 minute walk. John was a brilliant host throughout the entire process. When I had technical difficulties during the booking process he was there to help and was accessible via phone throughout our stay. I have nothing but positive things to say about this property. My family and I will definitely be returning for another relaxing weekend in the future. Thank you John.

Beautiful getaway close to beach

A lovely cosy house, beautifully renovated, a short walk to beach and coffee, great views too! Great communication with owner and good tips for local activities. Would highly recommend!
