Häpnadsväckande 19th century bergs barn över 5500sqft stor. Nära 4 skidorter. Perfekt för 2 till 5 familjer eller grupp av vänner att dela semester och helger! Unikt läge för små och intima bröllop upp till 100 gäster.
Detta avskilda ladan ligger halvvägs på sin egen privata 300 tunnland berg, med hisnande vyer och oöverträffad integritet. En privat 3 mil vandringsled tar dig från Barn, vid 2300ft, till en bergstopp på 3200 fot, genom orörda skogar och efter en historisk vagn vägen!
På vintern, Belleayre och Plattekill berget är 10 miles därifrån, Hunter och Windham 25 miles. På sommaren, Pine Hill sjö / strand, Wawaka sjön, och flera golfbanor inom 15 minuter bort. Pepacton Reservoir erbjuder paddling, fiske och andra vattensporter. För hyror längre sikt (2 veckor plus) erbjuder vi privilegier till en pool och tennisklubb.

Stora underhållande utrymme garanterar minnesvärda ögonblick: 2500sqft öppen boyta, inkluderar master-kock kök, bar -, matsal -, tatami -, soffa och tv områden, två stora eldstäder, sten pizzaugn, stora fönster och tak upp till 40ft! 6 sovrum, 3 badrum med dusch och 2 japanska badkar. 2. 5 timmar från New York (GW bron). Gorgeous huge barn house

Rita, the owner, was so kind, generous and always helpful and accommodating. Rita answered any concerns immediately. The barn house is huge, absolutely beautiful and unique!! We all loved it. The kitchen was beautiful, large and well stocked with every appliance you could ever need and more

Amazing unique stay

My friends and I stayed here for my wedding weekend, and it was absolutely awesome! It’s such a unique spot—perfect for a large group with plenty of space for everyone to hang out without feeling cramped. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook a big meal for the whole group, and we felt right at home. The views are stunning, and it’s hands down the coolest place we’ve ever stayed. The hosts were fantastic and super flexible with check-in and check-out, which made everything even better. It was an amazing experience all around!

Wedding weekend

Beautiful big barn on a tremendous property. Driveway is challenging if you don't have an SUV. Internet spotty. Very remote - but has beautiful vistas. Would go again when not so busy coordinating wedding stuff. Loved the way the barn was converted into a living space. The tatami dining area is super cool.

A great stay, a beautiful view, a little slice of heaven

We had the absolute best time staying at the Choco Barn last weekend. We had a decent sized group and truly enjoyed the amount of space, the many comfortable places to hang out, and the many rooms to choose from. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils to cook our meals, including a really nice stove and a charcoal grill in the yard. The best part of this stay is absolutely the big barn doors opening to what I assume to be one of the best views in the whole Catskills. We highly recommend this home for a quiet, but beautiful get away.

We have been coming to the barn for many, many years and Rita is always very helpful and we have always had a great time! The house is always clean and never any issues with check in. Rita gets right back to us every time. Can’t wait to next year!

Incredible stay - better than the photos show!

The barn was incredible - our group agreed it was bigger and better than shown in photos. There are so many spaces to spend time together. Every room in the barn has a great view. Very unique property. Spent a lot of time in the kitchen - just an overall great experience that we will be doing again in the future.

Wonderful!!

This is our second time at the barn with a large group of close friends and it was a magical experience again. Beautiful barn and surrounding grounds. The owners were incredibly attentive and wonderful. We will be going back every year!

Excellent For A Long Weekend

This barn was amazing. Plenty of room for a large group to stay in the house, with lots of options to keep you entertained. The owners also made the whole rental process go very smoothly and were always quick to respond to any questions that came up. Can't thank them enough.

Thanksgiving weekend

This is the second time my family and I spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful barn and it is by far our favorite. We love the fully equipped kitchen and entertainment for everyone, even the children. Amazing!

One of my favorite places on earth. The barn is beautiful. Very spacious but somehow still with a cozy feel. I would move in permanently if I could! Owner was delightful to deal with--responsive and helpful. Could not recommend it more highly.

Barn experience

It was my second stay at the barn and we all loved it. Unfortunately the weather was rainy, but even if the nature didn't cooperate we could enjoy the stay, watching the beautiful landscape through the hudge glass doors. Interior and amenities create that intimate, friendly feeling we wanted to have.

Amazing Cabin and Location

We booked The Barn for our extended family of 15 and had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The spacious barn easily handled our group and offered several opportunities for socializing in small groups throughout the day: ping pong, foosball, an amazing kitchen, a bar, sectional couch and TV, and several places to sit and read or just take a nap. Hiking the mountain was beautiful and a great way to get some exercise. Highly reccomend this awesome place for large groups!
