Ett klassiskt strandhus pÄ ett stort kvarter mittemot stranden och bara ett stenkast frÄn Swan Bay, belÀget mellan Point Lonsdale och Queenscliff. Corsair Cottage har 2 sovrum, ett med dubbelsÀng och det andra med tvÄ vÄningssÀngar, totalt 6 sovplatser.

Den stora soliga trÀdgÄrden och dÀck Àr perfekta för en grill eller cricket. Korsa vÀgen & det handlar om en 300 m promenad till en skyddad badstrand. Mindre Àn en 30 minuters strandpromenadstrand till Pt Lonsdale-butikerna och samma avstÄnd till Queenscliff via Swan Bay.

Corsair stuga Àr prefekt för barn - det Àr mittemot stranden, massor av utrymme att springa runt och leka (viss sportutrustning tillhandahÄlls) och Àr nÄgra hundra meter till en skatepark och marin upptÀcktcentrum som har ett bra skolprogram.

A host that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The TV had issues and he offered to be there in 30 minutes with a new one. And an amazing dog beach within 5 minutes walk is a huge bonus !

An amazing experience

Kind, prompt and clear communication with the host is important to me. The host exceeded my expectations and was ever so welcoming. I rate this as my best experience communicating with the hosts. The property was incredibly clean with all the necessaries needed catered for. The beds comfy. I loved listening to the ocean and being visited by sweet wrens. The walking path along the beach is a minute away and shops local. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Suited us perfectly

We are a retired couple with our dog. The cottage was a little older than I expected but it was nicely done up. It perfectly suited us. The couch was comfortable, so was the bed. The heater was used as the evenings are getting cooler. We were very comfortable. The security of the fences was great for our peace of mind as it is on a main road. Short walking distance to the dog beach and the shops. We shall return.

Great stay at Corsair Cottage

Really Really enjoyed my stay here. Very well set up for families and pets. Every appliance, book or toy you could want was here.Host was welcoming and provided clear instructions on need to supply bedding and towels. I highly recommend this accommodation and wouls love to stay here again!

Dog Beach Heaven

Small cabin style house that was tidy and had everything we needed. Nice yard area for the dog but no covered area outdoors. Short walk to the best dog beach in the state. Doggy heaven. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good location

Lovely close proximity to the dog beach. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry. There were even dog toys provided for our pooch.

Doggy beach getaway

Location is perfect - so close to the designated doggy beach for our fur baby and close to the Adventure Park waterslides for our son. We instantly felt at home - the cottage is clean, the beds are comfortable and the dog toy and rocky road welcome gifts were a nice touch. Thank you!

Lovely place - wish we could have stayed longer

The property has everything you need . The living space is spacious & sunny. The large garden is completely dog proofed & it was such a bonus the property is dog friendly . Especially as it’s opposite a gorgeous dog beach. The hosts are lovely & welcoming. The property is close to restaurants & cafes and an easy walk to the beach . Couldn’t ask for more !

Queenscliff short/long stay

The location of the property was excellent and I enjoyed lots of walks along the beach area with my little dog and we had a wonderful time. You could hear the beach waves at times and the high tides with really strong wind meant for spectacular waves.

Great Winter Escape

Great location for daily walks to the dog beach and family bike rides to either Queenscliff or Port Lonsdale and beyond. Hoping for a summer visit. Catherine the host made us feel very welcome with great communication. Perfect place for a getaway with the family dog!!

Mini break by the beach

Great location if you have dogs. It's only a short walk to a safe off lead dog beach. Main road is quite busy and noisy. Accom is more than adequate but could do with a paint job and new curtains and blinds. Would visit again though as location is great.

Hiden gem

It was a lovely and clean property it had everything you could want for a relaxing time, very close to shops and restaurants. Catherine the host was so very helpful she allowed us to check in earlier and check out later. Worth every cent we paid and we will certainly be letting our friends and family know about this lovely gem. Thank you Catherine we will.be back.

Great beach cottage, doggies loved it

This cute old fashioned beach cottage was perfect, it has everything you need for a simple relaxing and comfortable stay, with a few mod-cons. The yard is realy private, and superbly fenced, our two Cairns had a great time in the space (plenty of safe space for games of catch). The dog beach is wonderfully close, a simple 5-10 minute walk. Making the outdoor shower a great feature to rinse off the beach. The big air-con and ceiling fan worked brilliantly during a heat wave. We loved the welcome gift waiting for us, and the ball thrower waiting for the dogs was perfect (as we forgot ours). From booking, to stay, and after, our hosts were simply wonderful. Corsair Cottage will become a regular for us.

Great place / Perfect location

we were delighted with the house and perfection location, our dogs loved it also. Easy walk to the beach with great food shops with in a 5 minute drive. 10/10 Found Ocean view fish and chips in Ocean Grove far better than the Queenscliff fish and chip shop .. well worth the 12 minute drive ..

Just what we needed!

Great location, close to everything! Our little poodle enjoyed the dog beach and the grassy front yard. Well equipped little house with everything we needed-We felt very much at home. Bunks could do with an upgrade, very squeaky but comfy. Communication with the host was fantastic, very responsive, and informative! Will be back 😉

Dogs' haven

The two of us and our two dogs had a lovely weekend at the Corsair Cottage. The beautiful dog's beach just opposite was the best. The bed was comfortable and the living room spacious. We didn't make use of the cooking facilities as there were lots of restaurant options so close either in Pt Lonsdale or Queenscliff. We had relaxing evenings in the front garden, looking at the stars but we were not brave enough to use the outside bath, especially now that there is another house at the back, LOL. Overall, a nice relaxing weekend with our furry babies.
