Vår familj strand hus över ser wainui / okitu stranden med vacker utsikt över stranden och havet från det stora kök, middag och lounge områden. Sovrummen har utsikt över poolen och de omgivande kullarna.

Två av sovrummen har dubbelsängar, medan det tredje mindre sovrummet innehåller en enkelsäng och dubbelsäng.

Huset har också en stor utomhusdäck och grillplats perfekt för Gisborne sommaren!

Great location

Right across the road from the beach, the kids also loved the pool, well supplied kitchen. Would stay there again.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Unfortunately the weather meant we couldn't make the most of our stay. With six of us we could have really done with another bathroom, or a separate toilet at least. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and clean. The rest may benefit from some updating as well. The only real downside was the flies.

Nice place to stay

The view is fantastic. We enjoyed the serene and calm view infront of the beach. The house is clean and tidy. Host is amazing. We recommend this for family or group holiday. Definitely, we will come.back.

Family at Okitu

Great location on doorstep of the beach. our larger group size (6 in total) could have used another toilet. I could not easily find an outside tap to wash sand off kids so that it did not get walked inside. Thought our hosts were most generous with food stocks in fridge and pantry. hosts fitted it with our travel arrangements without signs of fuss. Thank you Lois and Ivan

A week by the beach

Lovely place for our family to stay. Right across the road from the beach, well-situated for trips & activities in & around Gisborne. Comfortable property with everything we needed & more. The property owners were easy to deal with & everything was set up for us to have a fun week.

This was an amazing property. It was just as described and even more spacious than in the photos.

Lois and Ivan were amazing hosts. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful in your spacious and comfortable home. Communication was always easy and prompt. The food and goodies left on our arrival were incredibly thoughtful. We had such fun in the pool, spreading out in the various bedrooms and outdoor balconies and at the gorgeous surf beach and with many things to see and do in Gisborne and the surrounding area. Thank you again Lois and Ivan.

Great location looking over the ocean & roomy layout. Almost zero water pressure created a big problem with showering & the loo, particularly as there was only one available. Things were better when this was finally fixed.
