En välkomnande stuga i hjärtat av Ballarat. Bara några minuters promenad till CBD med massor av restauranger och butiker, filmer, barer, stormarknader, sjukhus, tågstation, kollektivtrafik och den historiska arkitekturen Ballarat har att erbjuda. Stugan passar bekvämt för sex personer men jag kan rymma en extra två personer med kvalitets luft sängar och linne. Stugan ligger inom en 10 minuters promenad till sjön Wendouree. Det finns gott om familjevänliga aktiviteter inom räckhåll som Kryal Castle, Eureka Stockad Museum-simbassänger, suverän kulle, stadsbibliotek, skatepark, parker och mer.

Slappna av i det här stugans stilhem med alla moderna bekvämligheter, såsom centralvärme, luftkonditionering, spa, matlagningsmöjligheter och wi-fi. Jag har precis inkluderat elektriska filtar på alla sängar för att lägga till extra komfort för mina gäster på vintern.

Xmas 2023 family visit.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay Ballarat and enjoyed staying at the Cosy Cottage on Mair. We were disappointed that the space at the rear lane of the cottage was not adequte for an average sized vehicle. Also, that the cottage does not have any fly/insect screens. Thank you1

This delightful cottage was well presented, comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to do in Ballarat. We would rent it again.

A Great Place to Stay!

I spent 4 wonderful days at Cosy Cottage. Jenny's home is extremely clean, tidy, charming and very lovely. I walked into a warm and cosy cottage as the weather had turned cold and felt immediately at home! What a nice surprise to find bacon and eggs in the fridge ready for the morning breakfast! Thanks, Jenny, for being kind and thoughtful. The beds had fresh linen and were incredibly comfortable. The Cottage is in prime position with only a ten minute walk to the CBD. Communication with Jenny was excellent. I would highly recommend Jenny's cottage for your next stay, as it was perfect! Virginia

Great location, lovely little house.

We had a great stay at Jennys property. The house is great location - walking distance to a lot of restaurants/cafes/bars. We had 4 adults and stayed with our 6 month old and the third room was a great option to have. The house was very clean and the breakfast supplied was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend! Cute little house in a great, central location.

This house was perfect for a family. It was clean, warm and cosy. The central heating is brilliant and the owner even left us breakfast items such as bread, milk, bacon and eggs. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Cosy Cottage

Delightful, well equipped, spotlessly clean. Breakfast provisions were much appreciated. Comfy bed and quality linen and towels provided. On site car parking tricky for larger cars, but free parking available across the road. Would certainly consider staying here again.

Lovely cottage. Warm and very clean. Breakfast provisions were generous and delicious. Very good communication from the owner. Good location. We had some difficulty lighting the stove top as it is quite old. We thought it was broken. Unfortunately one of the cast iron single beds had a terrible squeak and creak whenever you moved so interrupted my daughters sleep.

Beautiful 100 year old cottage

Absolutely loved Cosy on Mair. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, old world charm with modern conveniences and close to the centre of Ballarat. Everything we needed was thought of including breakfast supplies. Would rate this place 10/10.

Cosy indeed

We had a great experience with the host. Very comfortable with some thoughtful touches and a terrific location near central locations and the lake. We will certainly look this up again when we go back to Ballarat.

Best placed. Best place.

Excellent wee house. Comfy beds. Great location, close to restaurants and centre of Ballarat. Many trips back and forth to Aunty Jacks. Quality coffee right next door. Fresh eggs and bread on arrival. Highly recommend.

Property was exactly as expected, pictures were very clear and informative. Accommodation was very clean and communication with property manager was easy and informative. Would choose to stay at the location again when travelling to Ballarat.

Charming

We had a lovely stay - we were charmed by the older style of the house, and having some staples in the fridge was much appreciated. There were six of us and we didn't feel cramped. It was tidy and cosy. The parking in the back truly is a squeeze in a larger car though - it's manageable if you have someone to warn you how close you're reversing to walls.
