Fastigheten ligger centralt i Shepparton, vilket gör det till en 3 minuters bilresa och en 8-10 minuters promenad till närmaste köpcentrum, plus köpcentrum, hotell, restauranger och kaféer.

Shepparton stad är centralt i Goulburn River Valley, värd för många evenemang men också nära Murray River enklaverna i Echuca Moama och närliggande Kyabram.

Huset har tre separata sovrum, vardagsrum, badrum med toalett och dusch, tvättstuga med dusch, extra toalett ute, utomhusgård med underhållande och grillplats. Det finns 5 split-system för uppvärmning och kylning. Huset är fullt utrustat och allt linne tillhandahålls. Tyvärr ingen diskmaskin ..

Perfect family get away

Love this place. Stayed 3 times now and its perfect for 3 generations in my family. Always clean and everything you need (except a spa or pool lol). Air-conditioner everwhere.

Catching up in Shepparton

Catching up with our Shepparton family with a small gathering was very enjoyable. We were also able to visit a couple of my grandchildren and families who live in the area. My son and I enjoyed the change from our usual routines in clean, restful surroundings. Our two small dogs enjoyed the backyard. I live in a retirement village with only a courtyard so really appreciated the space. Many thanks Beverley

Comfy home for a group or big family

Bed in middle bedroom was very squeaky and soft mattress so not a great bed… I had read another report saying same but thought they meant first room Good space, great to have two showers and a second toilet out the back. Back toilet needed a sweep and the area around the outside bbq needed a sweep too. Good size house with a nice sun room out back. Two different areas and tables to eat at. Owner was nice to communicate with, just took a few days for replies eg like how do we get in and what was address. Would stay at the home and recommend it to others

Left 2 weeks short of our stay

Old and run down, smelt very musky/mouldy. Third bedroom was more a kids room, not suitable for an adult and smelt unclean. Door closed off and not used. Unfortunately there was no other accomodation available so even though we booked for 3 weeks we relocated after 1 week when another house became available.

Charming place

Lovely house with lot of character. Easy check-in and check-out. Our dogs settled in pretty easy. Enough space for them to run and play. We went during hot days and the house was comfortable and cool. I strongly recommend the place.

My family & our little dog stayed here, house is so gorgeous (felt like stepping back in time at Grandmas) location awesome, clean. Master bed bit uncomfortable but didn’t matter.

perfect for us

The place met our families needs perfectly. Great location near the relatives we were visiting and close to shops. House was very clean and spacious. Fully fenced out the back for our dog and 3 year old to be safe.
