Från den generösa däck på denna 3 sovrum stuga kan du titta ut på lagunen i botten av trädgården, lyssna på vågorna bryta på den närliggande stranden, eller gå ner till vattensidan däck. Du kan läsa, se de infödda ankorna simma förbi, fundera över slingrande fiskar eller bara driva av.

Beläget i Rosedale Parade är stugan tyst och bara en kort promenad från stranden.

Vi är husdjursvänliga med ett hundhus medföljer och trädgården är inhägnad från gatan.

Det är bara en 2-minuters promenad till den fantastiska South Rosedale-stranden. Perfekt för ett dopp, en lat läsning på stranden eller lite strand- eller stenfiske.

Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, det främre sovrummet har en dubbel, och det mellersta sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Det finns en bäddsoffa i loungen vid en extra gäst eller två. Köket är fullt utrustat och huset har diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Great location but needs a good clean

Cottage is in an amazing location especially for the cost of the stay. However the cottage is very tired and in need of a very good clean.

Close to beach, nice and quiet, well stocked with necessary items. Excellent place to chill out. Will certainly return.

What is advertised is not what's delivered.

Great location & outside deck and the owner was easily contactable. These are the only positives I can state.Advised two weeks prior to check in that we need to take our own linen or use what is there, however wash & dry it prior to check out, this is not shown in advertisement.Also advised that TV does not work due to location. Suggested that we bring a laptop or something to hook up and stream our TV shows via that onto the TV. Again, not advertised in the Stayz Ad. Had these been so I would not have booked. Further to this I contacted owner at two weeks prior to ask about a refund, was advised that cancellation needs to be two months prior. What a joke that is.Upon arrival the place was clean and looked nice inside. However, no storage was available for longer stays as all cupboards were stacked with linen for the place. Also the back yard was so overgrown that it would have been impossible to clean up after our dog had she done any business there, thankfully she didn't. The coffee etc there looked stale and no milk was placed into the fridge for a least a drink upon arrival.I sat on the lounge and chair which were very uncomfortable for any extended period of time.We would not book this place again and I am unlikely to use Stayz again as the advertisement didn't really match the accommodation.

Modest cottage with nice decks

While we enjoyed our time at this modest cottage with its nice decks front and back, the property wasn't as clean as it should have been (sandy floor, decks covered with leaves). Needs some maintenance too; eg towel rail not screwed in properly, and the key to the front door was bent 15 degrees.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice proximity to the beach and the property itself was well furnished. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our small requests, which was very much appreciated!

Lovely area

Unfortunately it was very unclean there was mould on the ceilings in the lounge and bedroom it smelt dirty and very musty no tv could not get anything. Only good things was a 1 minute walk to beach and nice outdoor area

Could be nice if looked after, shame about the mould.

The place was pretty filthy, doesn't get cleaned thoroughly after each guest. The property has a serious black mould problem. Garden is a mess and overgrown. Location is good only meters from the beach.

Lovely stay

The location is brilliant, 2 minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable cottage with a great holiday vibe. Best you bring some DVDs you have been meaning to watch as there is no televisual options! (or just read a book!)

Dreamy Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a great location with lots of good walks and very close to the beach. Good kitchen amenities and very comfortable. Would recommend!

Where’s the bath?

Charming rustic cottage only moments from a beautiful beach. Comfy beds & good heating. Unfortunately, the floors inside were very dirty & the oven needs a clean. The major disappointment is the absence of the bath AS ADVERTISED.

Awesome stay

We had a fabulous stay at South Rosedale Cottage. Very close to the beach, pet friendly (for our dogs), clean, and had everything we needed. Alan was very helpful before and during our stay. Would absolutely recommend to other guests and would love to stay again.

A lovely beach holiday with the dachshunds

Our family had a fun time at Rosedale. So close to the beach, lovely walks on the sand, swims in the waves, meals on the deck, endless ball chasing in the yard (dogs). We took a little excursion to view seals sunbathing on rocks & the Guerilla Bay lighthouse. Woolies & Alpha Fresh delivered to the door so we didn’t have to waste even one minute at the shops! The washing/drying machine was a novelty & a great convenience. The dirty things went in the machine at bedtime & came out washed & dry in the morning!

Cleanliness and tidiness.

Outside of property covered in leaves and spiderwebs. Didn’t appear that the owner went there much. Lots of tidying up to do.

It's a small hamlet, very quiet with a great beach. The Cottage has a great atmosphere and is a perfect treat. Snorkelling is next door at Guerrilla Bay and kayaking is down at Mossy Beach. The kids love Mogo zoo.
