Dencarik / Lovina Lyxvilla med privat pool direkt vid stranden

Villa Rumah Buka ligger direkt på den vulkaniska sandstranden på Balis norra kust, långt borta från det myllrande södra Bali, bara 5 km väster om Lovina Beach.
Det är den idealiska platsen för en lugn semester, men det finns mycket att göra i närområdet och det finns olika attraktioner och sevärdheter.

Villan rymmer 6 personer och en babysäng är tillgänglig för en 7:e (liten) gäst.
Det rymliga sovrummet har en bekväm "king size" dubbelsäng, klädkammare, badrum med toalett, handfat och utomhusdusch. Det mellersta sovrummet har två enkelsängar, handfat och duschkabin och det 3:e sovrummet har också en rymlig dubbelsäng i king size. Badrummet är identiskt med det i huvudsovrummet.

Villan har ett fullt utrustat kök med stor kyl och frys, ett rymligt vardagsrum med satellit-TV och DVD-system. Men i praktiken "bor" man faktiskt ute på den stora täckta terrassen.

Du kan hyra en bil med eller utan förare. Vår egen förare Pablo finns alltid tillgänglig på jour. Han hämtar och tar våra gäster till alla platser på Bali, inklusive till och från Denpasar flygplats i söder.

Utanför villan: Du "bor" faktiskt varje dag på den stora täckta terrassen (80 m²) med matbord och stolar för 6 personer, en loungeset och två relaxfåtöljer.
I den lummiga tropiska trädgården finns flera ställen att koppla av och/eller sola. Dessutom finns det en stor privat pool (12x6m) med solterrass och solstolar bredvid en typisk balinesisk rastplats som heter Bale Benong.

Härifrån har du en mycket vacker utsikt över Balisjön i norr och en klar dag vulkanerna på Java i väster och naturligtvis soluppgångar och vackra solnedgångar.

Du hyr villan endast för dig själv och din grupp. Det finns inga andra hyresgäster på plats!

Tjänsten: En fast personal på tre anställda står till ditt förfogande, 6 dagar i veckan, 8 timmar om dagen. Binter är vår trädgårdsmästare. Han städar poolen varje dag. Wayan och Ketut ser till att du inte saknar något. De håller huset rent och kan laga mat åt dig.

Sängkläder och handdukar byts regelbundet. Poolhanddukar och toalettartiklar tillhandahålls. Det enda du får göra själv är inköpen till dina måltider. Det är möjligt att få dina inköp hemlevererade. Det går även bra att få färskt bröd levererat varje dag av bagaren.

Wonderful holiday

We just returned from spending 19 nights at Villa Rumah Buka. From the online descriptions, we were anticipating a lovely holiday, but the actual experience greatly exceeded those anticipations.The first thing we need to say is just how wonderful the staff are!Wayan is a treat, always has a smile on her face. The meals she prepared for us were delicious. Over and above her normal duties, she was quick to help us with any arrangements we needed assistance with. We enjoyed the discussions we had with her on Bali life and customs. We were greeted in the morning with a smile from Binter as he kept the gardens and pool areas beautifully maintained.Komang’s presence as security was comforting to know someone was around while we slept. During dinner we enjoyed the lovely music he played on his Gamelan.The Villa is beautiful, spacious and being located right on the beach was special. We enjoyed having our morning coffee while relaxing in the rocking chairs, looking out at the water or waving to the morning walkers as they passed by. The covered patios were great for relaxing, during our evening happy hour or having massages by Komang Ari. A lovely way to spend a couple of hours on a rainy day!The interior areas are spacious and kept spotless. The exterior shower is a special place to have a rinse after a hot day in the sun!In closing, we can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning one day!

Very Relaxing

The staff were amazing - very attentive and accommodating. Not intrusive at all. Wayan did an outstanding job with cooking, cleaning, laundry as well as most helpful with anything requested of her. Binter keeps the grounds looking very nice and was always cheerful. Komang always on time and played well each evening.

Relax, repeat Relax

Our goal was to tune out and relax at a private no noise safe environment. Absolutely achieved. Pablo the driver picked us up on time with a smile on his face. Wayan the house keeper and cook was an amenity you should take advantage of. We quickly realized that Wayan was as good a cook as any restaurant. So we stayed at the villa and enjoyed Wayans cooking, why bother going out at night and try to navigate a menu. The location and villa was nice, the view was great, the pool grounds and security. Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 days at the villa. Garden is beautifully kept and we all enjoyed the pool. The layout of the villa was ideal for our 3 generation family, grandparents in the separate room, parents and kids in the adjoining rooms. Staff were polite and very helpful. Although we ate out most of the time, the offer to cook for us was always available. The only downsides were very minor and of no real consequence. Would recommend the dolphin watching, the waterfall tour and restaurants, Buddha Bakery and 10th Table. Pablo, the villa driver, was courteous, reliable and helpful.

We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay at the villa - thankyou! It was like a little piece of heaven, very tranquil ☺️. House is huge and tastefully decorated… pool is large and great for kids and adults alike…. Garden is beautiful… and beach and sea were lovely. Wayan (housekeeper and cook) was totally fabulous…. So very very lovely. She looked after us and cooked nearly every meal… we didn’t want to leave. Her food is amazing. Felt very spoilt. Thankyou 🥰. Komang ( night security) played for us each night which was lovely.. And well the garden and pool was pristine.. binter did a fab job maintaining each day. Pablo (driver) was great too… such a help and so very nice. Had some great trips! Thankyou for letting us stay at your fabulous villa…

De villa is prachtig. De hulp van de medewerkers is ook geweldig. In de omgeving zijn genoeg mooie dingen te zien. Het enige wat soms lastig is dat je best afgelegen zit en zelf geen vervoer, dus even zelf naar de winkel gaat niet.

Perfect piece of paradise

A beautiful well maintained garden and villa, which exceeded our expectations. I felt a little wary about the idea of having 'staff', I needn't have done, they were lovely, helpful and we felt relaxed in their company. The whole environment was relaxing from the sound of the waves to the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We mainly had the lovely Wayan cook for us, but some local restaurants will come and collect you if you eat with them. We were picked up on the beach to go in search of dolphins and got a free ride to and from krisna water sports centre to go paragliding. It's only a 10 minute walk down the beach if the tides out, food and drink is available and we were allowed to use their pool. We utilized Pablos services too and spent a day visiting a temple and some waterfalls, amazing. A worthwhile journey, although a little strenuous climbing up before you get a lift on a motorbike back to the car. The Bali people are so welcoming and friendly and i'm sure, as with most people we didn't want to leave. A huge thank you to Wayan, Binter, Komang and Pablo, as well as the owners who made everything so easy and were always quick to respond.

Everything we hoped for….and more

Previously we have stayed in small resorts in the South of Bali but this time decided to try a villa on the North coast and we are so glad we did. After a challenging year we wanted a really restful week to recharge and that’s exactly what we got at Rumah Buka. The staff were friendly, quiet and almost invisible until a meal or tea/coffee arrived. The pool was wonderful as was the day bed and the various places to sit and enjoy the view. The visiting masseuse was awesome and she was the best I have ever experienced by far. (Why did I only make time for 3 sessions?). Should you wish to leave the villa then Pablo the driver was there to take you wherever you wanted without fear of the Balinese roads. In summary this was a better experience than in any resort I have tried. Comfortable and hassle free with lovely people. Wonderful. Finally thanks to Ton for easy communication and especially to help us rectify our own silly mistake. Unreserved recommendation.

Beautiful Villa

The Villa and staff were absolutely brilliant. The property itself is peaceful, with large rooms all with excellent en-suits and located right on the beach. The large manicured garden and swimming pool were beautifully maintained. Every meal cooked for us was delicious. A driver was also available for us for a small fee and took us on a couple of great tours to some beautiful locations and great restaurants. We could not have hoped for more and didn’t want to leave.

Fantastic stay in stunning location

Beautiful house set in an amazing garden with a stunning pool. Relax by the pool and see the most beautiful sunsets! The staff are lovely and helpful. House is very spacious and it’s located in a nice quiet area. We felt very comfortable and safe. Many restaurants do a transfer service if you wish to eat out. We used this quite a lot. A truly relaxing time and you would be hard pressed to find a better location

The staff is excellent, and will help with all your needs! Wayan cooked, kept the Villa sparking and was wonderful! Our goal is to return one day. It was spectacular, thank you!

Best villa in north Bali!

We had a fantastic time staying at Rumah Buka. It was clean and safe and quiet. The grounds and pool were amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Wayan kept the villa spotless and is an excellent cook. Her fried bananas are amazing. Bitter kept the property very tidy. Homing plays beautiful music during dinner and made us comfortable over night. The information book was extremely helpful and informative. There isn't anything we would change about our trip to beautiful Bali.

When we spend our holidays in Bali in 2005 ,we came in contact with a real estate developer from Holland.
Within a couple of weeks we decided to buy a plot at the northcoast of Bali and 8 month later we were the proud owners of Rumah Buka. No regret untill today!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Due to the experience of staying at the northcoast of Bali during our holidays in 2006, we found out that the location of our plot was an excellent one.
The north of Bali is still authentic,far away from the crowded south. Our plot is located just 5 km west of Lovina Beach, a small scale holiday village directly at the Bali Sea.
It can be reached by 'bemo' public transport and there is still tranquillity and quietness in this area. A splendid place to relax and enjoy the Balinese culture and beautifull nature.

Every day you can enjoy the the murmur of the sea, the song of the birds, the view over the Bali Sea, enjoying the sun or rest in the Bale Benong,sitting in the shade, with a cool seabreeze reading a book or whatever you like to do, while the staff is taking care of you.
