Beautiful Guesthouse With Pool Access

My husband and I stayed in Mark and Angela’s gorgeous guesthouse for three nights in January 2023. The guesthouse is small but perfectly formed, so it actually feels very spacious for two people. The highlight for us was, of course, the swimming pool that our hosts so generously share with their guests. We took a dip every morning and every night, and it felt like such a luxury. Mark and Angela were wonderful hosts, ensuring that we had everything we needed but being super respectful of our privacy. Highly recommended and five big stars. We’ll return for sure.

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. Amazing location, lovely and clean, all the appliances you could need. Very private and quiet and the pool is awesome. Perfect in every way 😍 No doubt you will see us again 👍

Wonderful but wifi was not reliable.

Overall location and neighborhood was very good and safe. Place had everything as advertised. Only concern was wifi was very slow and unreliable.

Fantastic home away from home

Mark & Anegla's "bach" is awesome - it was by far the best accommodation that we stayed while in on our holiday. The pool was a fantastic added bonus on hot Adelaide days. The house had ample extras that made our stay easy and hassle free. Would definitely stay again - thanks so much for having us!!!

Immaculate apartment in a fabulous location

We enjoyed out stay at Highgate. We had a busy long weekend in Adelaide and it suited our needs perfectly. It was beautifully furnished, immaculately cleaned and in a fantastic location. Mark was also a lovely host.

Enjoyable, quiet stay

Nice property tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the city. Well appointed property with all the household items you need to settle in for a short to medium stay. Will use again next time I'm in Adelaide.

Wonderfully peaceful and felt like home

My son and I stayed at this perfect little home away from home for a few nights and we loved it. It has a very comfortable pull out couch/bed in the living room that was perfect. It’s located in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood and I enjoyed sitting by the pool to relax in the sun. Mark and Angela were very helpful and met all our needs. Will definitely be back with the whole family!

Lovely one-bedroom cottage

This is a newly built cottage at the rear of the main house. It is clean, private and well-appointed. Access is by walking down the driveway along the side of the block. The hosts (who live in the main house) are available but unintrusive. We only saw them once in the week we stayed. Highly recommended.

Short Adelaide Trip

We chose this accomodation for our short trip to Adelaide based on location mainly. The swimming pool was a great bonus, as we know how hot it gets in Adelaide in January. The host family made us feel very welcome and provided us with full access to the pool and BBQ whenever we wanted it. Happily stay here again
