Park Street Guest Cottage ligger i slutet av Park Street i en lugn landsbygd, gångbar till Carlton-bageriet, smakrum, butiker, restauranger, pool, parker med mera.

Stugan har två master sviter, ett komplett kök, ett stort vardagsrum med kabel-tv, internet, böcker och spel och en privat trädgård. Trädgården har en uteplats, eldstad, grill, trädgård etc.

Stugan har totalrenoverats och delar en vägg med vårt privata hem. Det finns gott om parkering utanför gatan. Det finns INGEN tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Stugan är idealisk för två par eller familjer som bor i området.

Bassinet, pack-n-play, barnstol, boosters och andra barn "grejer" tillgängliga på begäran.

Our Second Stay

Enjoyed our return to this delightful and welcoming home in Carlton. This trip was with another couple and having two master sweets was a perfect fit. Wonderful hosts, great communication, pleasant, short walk through neighborhoods to downtown and wineries. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

A perfect wine country cottage

We loved the pristine spaces in this well designed cottage. The private rear garden is a bonus. Maryfrances has thought of everything and it was easy to be a guest. The beds are extremely comfortable and we loved the all cotton sheets and towels. An easy walk into Carlton which has so much to offer in the way of food and coffee.

Wonderful long weekend in Carlton!

The cottage is absolutely lovely! It was perfect for 2 couples, and had everything we needed. We could easily walk everywhere in Carlton. The little back yard with a fire pit was a great place to enjoy the evenings. Maryfrances had everything set up and ready to go for us. We look forward to a return visit!

Sweet stay in Carlton

Four of us spent 2 nights at this lovely rental that is in a perfect location for walks into town . Such a cute home with comfortable beds , great showers , nice outdoor space for sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee or wine . We did wine tastings the 2 days we were there and had 2 fabulous dinners at the restaurants in Carlton . This home is perfect and was immaculate . Thank you 😊

Beautifully Designed and Comfortable

I love this property! Maryfrances was a pleasure to work with during the booking process and was there to greet us and answer any questions upon our arrival. The location is fantastic, only a couple minutes from several wine tasting rooms, restaurants and the phenomenal Carlton Bakery. The home is newly remodeled, the furnishings are beautiful and the beds are comfortable with quality linens. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again!

Perfect spot in Carlton

If you have found this lovely guest cottage, stop looking and book! The pictures on line are totally true. The house was more than enough for the two of us, and it would be great for two couples as bedrooms are across from each other and both have their own bathrooms. The home was so very clean and it was wonderful to come back after a day of wine tasting and lounge on the comfy couch. The location is also great as it's so central to everything and easy to get to wineries and other towns. The owner provided so much information before and during our stay which is always appreciated. We'll be back!

We are next to farm land, and walkable to downtown Carlton's shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and the community outdoor pool (open in the summer months). It's the ideal location for those looking for a quiet retreat, but able to easily access the wine country.
