The townhouse was clean and fairly modern and had all we needed for our family of 5 stay. The host was very responsive with any questions I had in the lead up. There was plenty of equipment in the kitchen for us to use which was generous and some welcome groceries as a bonus. The location feels a bit semi industrial compared to inner city but we could get a bus into city and had secure parking for our hire car. There was also a Woolies and few eating spots walkable. It was very close to the airport and the inner city. The AC heating helped with the cooler weather in Winter. Thanks for a nice stay.

Can’t rate this accomodation high enough. Great location and spotlessly clean. Easy communication with host and the welcoming groceries made the place feel like home. Highly recommended to anyone travelling to Adelaide that is looking for a place to stay with space for families.

Great access to every part of Adelaide

This place is conveniently located, so you can get around Adelaide with ease. Located a few streets back from 2 major roads. The place was super clean, Quiet, roomy, safe off street parking and all the little things thought about by the wonderful hosts. We have stayed here before and will keep staying here when we visit Radelaide.

Great stay at Martin Avw

The property at Martin Ave surprised us and exceeded expectations. There was everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped with a few groceries left for convenience. The beds were comfortable and the lounge room area was also comfortable with a good-sized TV. Marilyn, the property owner could not be more helpful. The location was fantastic with all areas of Adelaide easily accessible. We would recommend this property to anyone and will book again next time we go to Adelaide. Thank you, Marilyn.

Beautiful place to stay

As always a fabulous unit to stay, wish we could always stay when we come to Adelaide. Central to everything small welcome package so if arriving late its nice to be able to relax with a cuppa. Highly recommend staying at this unit great set uo for families looking forward to booking again.

We are return guests. Host provided excellent welcome pack of food & toiletries to get us started. Close to Footy oval, Devour Cafe and short drive to the city and Glenelg. Kitchen well equipped to cook for ourselves too.

Great place, close to everything

Perfect size property for a family with lots of quality touches and thoughtful inclusions. Very convenient location for getting to Athletics stadium and good for seeing the city as well. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfy lounge and spacious rooms. Very happy we stayed there.
