Denna lägenhet är i ett gated community! Det är vid havet, med en underbar utsikt. Andelslägenhet har uppdaterat master bad & sovrum med king size-säng. Det finns ett andra sovrum med 2 fulla sängar och ett andra badrum. Det är en delad sovrumsplan. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Fullt kök med apparater i full storlek. Wonderful location, beautiful views of the ocean & the condo is very tastefully decorated. We stayed here with our two teenage children & felt like the condo was perfect for 4 people. The beach (in late July) was not overcrowded at all. The area is very safe & we felt comfortable throughout our stay. It is conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping & other attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect accommodation for family beach vacation

This was the perfect location for a family beach vacation. Great views and we could walk out onto the beach from the building with walking access to restaurants, bars, fishing pier and activities ; short drive to many attractions. Accommodations were clean, spacious, well equipped and the property owners were responsive and easy to work with.

Best unit ever

I have stayed at Kingston Plantation 8 years running. I have stayed at the Embassy and South Hampton. Brighton Tower is my favorite, this was my 5th time staying in Brighton. That being said, this unit is great. It was updated and well stocked. I received great communication from the owner and check in / check out was effortless. The owner set easy expecationsi is to follow and we were free to enjoy our vacation. A huge plus to this unit is an available storage space stocked with beach supplies; umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a beach cart. If you are considering Kingston, I highly recommend this unit.

The perfect oceanfront place

We loved this rental. The rental was clean and everything was perfect. Comfortable beds and furniture. The beach was wonderful. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night and being able to hear the bands playing from Apache pier.

Relaxing 3 Day Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family when we needed to escape to the beach for a couple days. Very clean and cozy with great decor that made you feel sure you were at the beach. Great balcony with a view of the beach. Great communication with the landlord. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Bringing in the New Year

Relaxing and Comfortable

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was well maintained and clean. It had a great view and all the amenities that we needed. The homeowners were super nice and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend. We had a great vacation.

Birthday getaway

We celebrated my mom's 60th birthday, the condo was very nice, better than the pictures. Amazing view and great location. Super clean and we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo in quiet, upscale area

We visit my in-laws regularly who live nearby and this may be the best condo we’ve stayed in. It is perfect for the four of us -2 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms are split giving the adults some privacy to access a balcony with a beautiful view in which to enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. Perfect location. Couldn’t ask for more!

Relaxing getaway

Our stay here was fantastic. Everything with the unit was perfect and it was beautifully decorated. Communication with the owners was terrific! We will always remember this much needed time away and hopefully be back soon when the warm weather returns. Highly recommend!! ❤️ We will be back!!

Awesome Property

This condo was amazing. It was super clean, beautiful view, and extremely comfortable. It was so relaxing to be able to sit out on the balcony for breakfast and to relax before going to bed. Short distance to the beach and the pool/spa was also enjoyable. Building was very clean as well. Thomas as an amazing host. Answered every question quickly and even gave me a few great restaurant choices for dinner. My family really enjoyed our time here.

Bad weather but awesome stat

These folks are amazing with their attentiveness to their customers. The condo ya unbelievable views are amazing closeness to the pier, Walmart plus the resort has pizza and a pub to boot! Thomas and Penny Gall are fantastic to deal with. Please book your stay with them you won’t regret it.

No words for this amazing condo...

We have stayed at Kingston Plantation many times and this condo is BY FAR the nicest and CLEANEST we've ever stayed in. In the past, when renting other condos, we've had to go buy cleaning supplies to re-clean showers before using them, however this property was immaculately clean and the decor is beautiful. After the first day, we were ready to already book this property again for next year. THANK YOU!!

Excellent condo

I have been staying at this location for at least 10 years and been renting through the resort. This condo was better than many of the units I have rented in the past. It was very clean and well kept. It has a great view of beach. The kitchen had everything you need and would expect to have. They also allow use of their wide assortment of beach chairs . The balcony has great seating as well with a table which allows for outdoor meals. We enjoyed the sunset many nights while eating dinner on the balcony. The resort Is also always very well kept. This condo is ideal for any visit to the beach.
