Vårt fullt utrustade fyra sovrum hem rymmer sex personer och ligger på 8 tunnland i en lugn semi lantlig miljö 4 kilometer från Augusta centrum, 8. 5 kilometer från Augusta Boat Harbour och 13 kilometer från den historiska Cape Leeuwin-fyren. En perfekt miljö för familjer, en weekendresa och stjärnan. Natthimlen ger en fantastisk show.

Det finns två sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett sovrum med en enkelsäng och en med två enkelsängar. En bärbar barnsäng och barnstol finns.

Den öppna loungen, matställen och stora kökområden värms upp på vintern av en vedeldad värmare. Tvätten har en tvättmaskin. Toaletten är separat från badrummet.

En veranda sträcker sig runt huset och inkluderar en carport. En grill, utemöbler och bordtennisbord finns tillgängliga.

Allt du behöver ta med är linne, även om linne är tillgängligt på begäran till en extra $ 20 per person.

A lovely property, fully gated which is perfect if you have small children or pets (pets not allowed). A good place to get away from the bustle, you need to drive to town for supplies.

Perfect for our family getaway!

It was the perfect property for our family getaway! A bedroom with comfy beds for everyone and a wood fire heater to keep us warm. We loved exploring the beautiful garden with birds, trees and Billy goats next door. I highly recommend this place and must say the photos on the ad do not show its true beauty.

Lovely family winter holiday

We had a lovely stay at this property which was amazing for our children. They loved spending so much time outdoors and enjoying playing cricket, riding bikes, walking around the property and kicking a ball. The kitchen was really well equipped for all the cooking we did and the house had everything we could need. Thank you for having us.

House in the country

We stayed for 10 days, my partner and I and granddaughter, then daughter and friend for last few days. Close to town while being very country, good base to explore and quiet. A little run down, but everything worked and lots of space. Had a very relaxing 10 days, good for the price.

Just Perfect

Had a wonderful stay, well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the comfortable and cozy lounge room warmed by the enclosed wood fire. Functional, spacious kitchen and nice comfortable beds. The clean, quality bbq was a pleasure to cook on. A quiet rural environment yet so close to town. Our host Sandra was a pleasure to deal with and we left feeling very satisfied with our experience.
