Great Communication

The property management company was excellent. They were responsive to our questions and accommodating when needed. The overall cleanliness of the unit was not great, but given the price, availability, and location, our needs were met to enjoy our stay for a football tournament in town.

Mesquite Stay - just fair

Hair in both showers from prior guest batteries in two of TV remotes dead Cable connection behind bed pinched causing fuzzy picture Purchased batteries and a new universal remote used the cleaner of the two showers and it worked ok. Extra blanket in closet also soiled.

Loved Mesquite

The property was great. The property management company was difficult. We were told we could check in at 3. We arrived at 3 but the key was not in the place we had been told it would be. At 3:15 the property manager arrived and rudely said it was supposed to be between 3 and 5 for check in. Upon departure we requested a late checkout. The property manager said no. Then we asked to use the key fob for access to the clubhouse and swimming pool for a couple hours. They said no. The unit was great but the property management company did nothing to make our stay more pleasant. Thank you

During our busy season, many of our properties turn over on the same day. Our check out time is up to 11:00 am in the morning. Our posted normal check in times are from 3:00 - 5:00pm. On days where we have a "same day" turnover, we always try our best to get the guests into their rental properties as quickly as we can. On these busy days, we inform our guests with this info and do our best to work with them. Unfortunately for these guests, they wanted to stay later but we had another same day turnover and had to clean the property for the newly arriving guests. Once checked out, we cannot provide access to the HOA managed facilities. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Premier Property Management

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a flag football tournament at the sports complex. There were ample amounts of towels, clear directions on check in and care for the house, good amount of dishware, and space to hang out. Neighbors asked us politely to be quiet instead of reporting us. The stay was great.

Location & layout

We loved the layout and amenities in this condo. We cooked meals every day, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Most of all it's a block away from the walking path to the river which we took every day. We parked the car in the garage and walked to the grocery store via the river pathway

Great experience

The property was clean. The manager was kind and helpful with any questions we had and wanted to help us have a good experience. The location was close to everything, and much better than staying in a hotel. We'd definitely stay here again.

Very Clean, Great Location

The location was great and the house was very clean. Easy to get in and out and having a garage was very nice. My two critiques are that I would like to see extra towels for guests staying longer than one night. The beds were soft, but almost too soft as all movements from my spouse would wake me up, so nothing special on the bedding. All together a great place especially for golf trip and would stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable accommodations!!

Had a great stay st this amazing condo while my husband and I participated in the Spartan Super race. It was great to come back to a spacious condo and have all the amenities we needed to relax! Excellent stay!!

They place was great, clean and the perfect size. However, the couch bed is kind of a joke. It is slanted so your head would be below your feet, ha ha but we made it work
