Weekend Away

Lovely host Graham. Room very clean with a very comfy bed. Treats on arrival. Quiet area, Mum had a relaxing time, easy access to the places in town that we need to go, our dogs loved their stay too. Definitely will book again when in Port Macquarie.

Pet friendly overnight stay

Excellent property manager, communication prior to arrival and on the day was outstanding. Very welcoming and provided many little extras in the kitchen to enjoy. Secure area to have my pets with me.

Tasman pond

Peaceful, relaxing, quiet and tucked away. Lovely comfortable granny flat under owners home. Beautiful gardens. Comfy bed. Our Pug loved his visit and I enjoyed the 2 cats visits.

Fabulous location and terrific host

Tasman Pond was a terrific place to stay. Graham the host was friendly and was a great person to ask questions about Port Macquarie. The extras included chocolates beers and soft drinks chips and breakfast cereal. Very much appreciated. The location is quiet and only a five minute drive to Shelly Beach and the Coastal Walk and not far from the centre of Port Macquarie. I highly recommend the place and would be happy to stay there again next time we visit Port. Well done to Graham on a wonderful place to stay and his genuine wish to help.

Perfect overnighter

Travelling from Brisbane to south coast nsw with my mum and dog, this was the perfect stop over. Graham has the property super clean and the complimentary snacks and drinks were very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again, thanks Graham

Quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed having a comfortable spacious room near a garden looking onto a forested area. Just like home with the familiar sounds of the bush. Our dog was welcome and got on well with the locals. Thanks for opening your place to let us stay.

Graham is a very welcoming host who makes you feel comfortable and at home. Graham adds extra inviting touches like a beer in the fridge and snacks on the ready, which is extremely appreciated after a long drive. Beautiful place to stay!

Best place ever to travel with your pet

So relaxed and comfortable with our fur child. The accommodation has everything you need for overnight or longer with ease of access to grass and outside area. Comfort plus for humans too. We now have somewhere to stay on our drive to Sydney and can take our pets.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and presentation. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. The bed was amazing. I took my dog and he was very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend Ponds for your stay in Port Macquarie and will be booking further stays in the future. Best accommodation I’ve booked in a long time.

Excellent overnight stay

Graham has a lovely studio room with separate en-suite and outdoor deck that is perfect for an overnight stay. Breaking up the stay between Sydney and Brisbane the place is well located, not too far off the exit, very, very quiet and ultra-clean. So comfy and homely and most importantly welcoming to my little doggy too. We both had a restful nights sleep and recharged for the next days driving. Graham has thought of everything! The space is fully stocked from shampoo to milk and even a beer!

Perfect overnighted with our pups

Designed built and decorated by the owner Tasman Pond was the perfect overnight pet-friendly stay for us and two dogs on our way home south. Beautifully presented, modern clean and with extra touches that made you feel welcome in someone’s home. Extra snacks and a well stocked ensuite bathroom were small things which made us feel welcome. A very comfortable bed and a fully stocked kitchenette would make a longer stay here in this beautiful part of the NSW coast very easy. Highly recommend this BnB and have already shared it with friends and family.
