Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and comfortable. The property mgmt co was outstanding throughout -- any issues are handled in real-time. The home itself is a bit dated as you might expect with a 25 year old house, the kitchens and bathrooms could use an update. Overall we had a very nice stay.

May Weekend Trip

We had an incredible time at this beautiful home. Everything is spotless and everyone was very comfortable. The water is just steps away and you can't beat the location. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to everyone!

AHmazing Beachfront Home Away from Home

My guests and I enjoyed a 1st class stay at ‘Are We There Yet’. We will definitely choose this location when we return to Panama City Beach FL.

Excellent and well maintained property

Excellent property, 2nd time staying in the community -we love everything about the community and this property was very well maintained and in good working order. Excellent for family of 4, with both sets of in-laws for the week.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Karen communicated with us clearly between booking and check in. It’s in the perfect location to the beach. It was perfect for my bridesmaids and family during my wedding (as the walkover is directly next door) Check out was early, but other than that- it was a great stay!

Great property. Karen and Rachel with Carillon Beach Rentals were great! Very accommodating. The house has everything but food and drink. Will likely rent this property again.

Annual Labor Day vacation with family is always a success when using VRBO, Are We there Yet home was Exactly what we needed! Just steps away from the Sand & Beach, woke up to a beautiful view & got to enjoy our coffee on the home balcony right outside our bedroom! Home was fully equipped and we cooked daily. We also loved that the home was on a private property & kept the beach very clean and secluded from tourist.

Peaceful week

We have always enjoyed Are we there yet but with the updates, like the bedding and refrigerator. But no DVD player, no local channels that we could find so we got into Netflix. Overall much better than our last stay there.

Even better than before!

House has been spruced up with new and improved bed and bath linens. Kitchen utensils plentiful and wonderful supply of basic spices etc. Thank you Karen for all your work.

During the off-season the owner committed substantial funds to a near total renovation of this lovely, spacious home. Outstanding

We have stayed in this house several times before and the upgrades that have been made are excellent, both in the main and guest houses. My wife was particularly impressed that many nonperishable kitchen staples were provided. Karen Sandel was great to deal with as the property manager. Highly recommend both her and the property.

He decided last fall to make a change in management and worked with us to completely renovate and refresh this gulf-front manor over a 4 month period.
