Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 7.5 out of 10. no grill available, no blender available, no kitchen essentials. no curtain in the bedrooms.

Great place and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at Palm Heights is good for the value and also away from the touristy crowds. Its a short car ride to any of the public beaches and even shorter to the grocery, liquor stores and restaurants. The condo is spacious and with 3bd/3ba everyone has their own space to decompress and spread out. It's very modern and everything works as new. We will be back again!

Apartment is great. Left a few suggestions for improvement: 3rd bedroom has no closet or place to hang anything. The apartment has liquid had soap in each bathroom but no shampoo or body wash provided. We rented a car so getting around was easy but there is no real walking area around property that we found and while the beach is close, it is easier to drive there.

Clean, quiet location. Inconvenient unless you have a car

The property was clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood, but the neighborhood is not conveniently located if you do not have a rental car. However, with a car, everything is very easy to reach. We were told that there wouldn't be any kitchen spices or pantry goods available because of a rule in the Cayman Islands, but we had friends staying at other properties (managed by others) who had those items. Perhaps those folks are breaking the rules. Either way, keep that in mind if you plan on doing any cooking on the property. Lastly, we were told that there would be 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We had 1 roll each in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. There are no soaps besides hand soap so make sure you bring your toiletries. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and nothing wrong with the spot, but I'd probably stay closer to the beach next time.

Girls Getaway

Wonderful location with all the amenities you'll need. The apartment is quite spacious and is larger in person with a personal parking space. The beach chairs and umbrella really were a lifesaver. A very quiet neighborhood to just unwind and relax. The space also came with a phone do making local calls were a breeze. The only thing I may add is they they perhaps have a basics spice rack of just even little packets of salt and pepper in the kitchen. Other than that, our stay was great. Highly recommend.

Palm Heights

The only drawback for this property is the two roads you have to cross to get to beach, especially Esterly Tibbitts HWY. This is an extremely busy road & would be very hard to cross by children / elderly. There is no crosswalk. The Cayman Islands should look at building in this area an HWY overpass walkway, before someone is seriously hurt. Or worse !

Modern Tropical Paradise

What an amazing deal! Three bedrooms of modern luxury with beautiful views of the canal. It's cozy and away from the hustle and bustle but you can literally walk across the road and you're on 7 mile beach! There is a restaurant on the beach directly across the street on the beach from this place! Also we were able to walk to Cayman's bay which is ten minutes away with access to high end shopping coffee and juice shops and a movie theatre! Highly recommend this place clean, up to date, and there's a pool within the complex outside by the canal for a nice dip in the evening. Enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine on the porch. Also there is a dive company that operates literally next door so trips to sting ray city and a boat trip on the ocean are made easy!
