Lovely rustic cottage

This cottage was perfect for us as a couple. It was simply, but comfortably furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and completely renovated bathroom. It’s a short walk to the main street, parks etc. Parking out the front or round the back. We loved sitting in the leafy backyard with a cuppa. Things to know: the kitchen only had a single sink, which meant washing up often (no dishwasher), but that didn’t bother us - there are tons of good restaurants in Orange. Also, if you’re not good with stairs, there is one between the living and bathroom/kitchen area. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Cosy cottage

We arrived on a very cold evening. Within a few minutes of turning on the gas heater in the fireplace the cottage was warm and cosy. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the internet access was great. It was a convenient location near the Art Gallery and close to the downtown shopping area. The only difficulty was the check-in because the details were on my phone and the reception was poor. With a call to Stayz the issue was resolved quickly by a helpful representative.

Mews on March

We recently stayed at Mews on March while we visited our granddaughter at Orange. It is a charming cottage with a ideal location. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, hotels and parks. The beds were comfortable with great quality linen The kitchen had everything that was needed and what looked like a newly renovated bathroom was spacious and again had everything we needed with good quality towels. The owner had contacted us to say that a new gas heater had been installed and we appreciated it greatly as the mornings were -1 and - 2 degrees. The free Wifi was was easily joined and fast. Our granddaughter enjoyed exploring the backyard and it’s garden.We enjoyed staying at Mews on March and definitely will be back.

Homely comfort

We loved staying at this property. The host is obviously very thoughtful and included all the little things that make you feel comfortable and at home. And if you didnt have time to grab milk and snacks, no problem! They were waiting for you in the fridge and pantry!

Cosy Cottage Close to everything

Cosy cottage with comfortable beds. We stayed when the temperature was 0 degrees overnight and the cottage was warm and comfortable. Walking distance to the sights such as the Art Gallery and Museum, even for my parents who are in their 80's. Great bathroom. The outdoor area would be great in the warmer months.

Our Orange Visit

The cottage was warm and cosy especially at this time of the year. Beautiful gas fire place that kept us warm and bedding more than adequate. Bright modern kitchen and bathroom - great shower. The cottage was in a good location close to the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it as a great place to stay.

Clean, comfortable easy short stay living without hotel hoo-ha

The property is well presented, clean, comfortable and easily accessible. Town centre is a short walk from the property and our purposes of visiting friends outside of town, easy to travel to and from. Fluffy soft towels and hot showers without the hoo-ha of hotels and without the associated mustiness that comes with unventilated properties. We would stay there again.

Nice little cottage close to city centre

Nice cottage within walking distance to central Orange. A little cool at night, but bedding more than adequate. Great backyard with off street parking out the back.

Great location for exploring orange

This was a great base to explore orange from, able to walk to the high street easily, quiet enough road. The kitchen and bathroom Reno at the back of the house is great the front of the house smells a bit of damp when you initially walk in. Overall it suited our purposes for our 2 night stay thanks again!!
