Detta DIAMOND EGENSKAP har totalrenoverats för att uppfylla standarderna för "ett snitt ovan". Bull n 'Bear är helt nytt, renoverat inifrån och ut 2017. Det finns en nedre enhet, "Bull" och en övre enhet, "Bear".

Bear, den övre enheten, har 2 sovrum och två badrum med eget badrum. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng, det andra sovrummet har en "tvilling över drottning" våningssäng.

Varje enhet är utrustad med en tvättmaskin, ett fullt utrustat kök, matsal, vardagsrum och öppen spis.

Uteplatsen har en gasgrill, gott om sittplatser, "dansande" takfläktar och en stor eldstad.

You cannot beat this location if you want the best of Blowing Rock! We loved being able to walk to the park, to shops, and to most restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable!

Excellent stay right in the heart of Blowing Rock

Checked in early on Friday and was very pleased with the unit. Very clean and efficient and quiet. Loved being so close to downtown. Highly recommend!

This review is sadly too long incoming. We rented this condo during the hurricane last year. The hurricane hit on our second day there. The owner could not have been more gracious and kind. The condo was clean and everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Overall great stay, thin walls between units

The location of this property is unmatched. The check-in process was seamless & the unit was very clean and tidy. Only note of caution I would add for other guests is that the walls are pretty thin between this unit & the one downstairs.

Diamond Properties Does It Again

This was our second stay using a Diamond Property in Blowing Rock. The location was excellent, the dwelling was perfect for a family of 4. Clean, well equipped and communicating with Karen was fantastic.

Consistent Quality Experience

My family and I have stayed multiple times in the Bear and Bull units. Both are well kept and have the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location of the units is unbeatable for convenience to anything in downtown Blowing Rock. It is very nice to be able to walk to restaurants and other attractions, as during busy times, parking can be difficult to obtain around town.

Clean and Convenient

Very close to all things in downtown Blowing Rock. 300 feet from Bald Guy Brewing for great coffee. Having dedicated parking was nice as well, we never had an issue finding a spot. Unit was spotless when we arrived. All appliances and HVAC worked with no issues. The beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets to stay warm.One item to be ready for if you have a fall or winter rental - the checkout instructions have the outgoing tenant drop the thermostat to 54*. So be ready for it to be chilly when you first arrive!

Karen is amazing!!

The property was walking distance to everything downtown. Quick drive to Appalachian Mountain for some snow boarding. Less than an hour drive to hikes with magnificent views of Linville Gorge, Tablerock Mtn, Hawksbill Mtn. The accomodations are top notch. Karen has created a book with all the reference material and menus you'll need. High quality furnishing and creativity abound. Don't miss the outdoor fireplace after walking back from dinner! This stay is simply a win!

Enjoyed our stay! The only constructive feedback we would want to give is that we stayed 3 nights and were only given two total towels for a two bedroom two bathroom condo.

Steps to Downtown

Very quiet to be so close to Main Street. Karen is responsive and attentive if you need anything. Our dogs enjoyed the stay too! Want to return again.

We have stayed at many different properties in Blowing Rock. This is a great location and the property is very well maintained. Any questions we had were quickly answered, Karen was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

You will enjoy the detail we have taken in both the design and furnishing of our cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. The bathrooms are beautifully appointed with furniture vanities and specialty sinks and faucets. Gas fireplace makes for an easy fire any time. Fully air conditioned and heated for your comfort, each unit has its own controls. Washer and dryer in each unit.

Walk out your door and be steps from Main Street and all its quaint restaurants and fine shops. Boone Golf Course is ten minutes away, as are Tweetsie Railroad, several ski mountains, trout fishing, kayaking, snow and river tubing and some of the best hiking. Tangier Outlets ten minutes from downtown.
