Välkommen till Sanibel !!! Namngav skalningens huvudstad av Martha Stewart! Detta nybyggda hem ligger på en av de mest önskade gatorna på Sanibel med privat tillgång till den vackraste privata stranden som Sanibel har att erbjuda! Kockarna drömmer om kök fullt utrustat för de flesta matlagningsbehov. Bra matbord med plats för 6 och 3 extra pallar på köksön, 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 bad, bra bakre veranda. Öppet koncepthem med rymligt vardagsrum med två stora soffor för sittplatser. Storskärms-tv i vardagsrummet. Sovrummet har king size-säng, tv och ett drömbadrum med djup badkar och dusch ... de två andra sovrummen förenas av jack n jill badrum, 2: a sovrummet queen bed och 3: e sovrummet 2 enkelsängar. Halv bad I huvudsakliga vardagsrummet. Överst på linjen tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Bara en kort promenad till stranden där det finns extra GRATIS parkering. Husdjursvänliga !! Detta hem är på styltor så trappor krävs för att klättra till ytterdörren och inte handikapptillgängliga. Täckt parkering för 3-5 bilar !! Det finns en lokal gemenskapspool vid det lokala rec-centret bara 2 mil upp till vägen mot en liten avgift. Detta hem är mitten av ön så att du är borta från trafiken men ändå nära nog till alla fantastiska restauranger !! Om du vill städa under din vistelse kan du ordna det. Sjöjungfru tema och mycket bekväma mysiga hem som du känner att du lever det sanna ölivet! Vi kallar vårt hem Beachy Keen !! Tvärs över vägen är Ding Darling vilda livsflykt där du kan se det mesta av naturen har att erbjuda i Southwest Florida .... alligatorer, fåglar, manater, fiskar, delfiner och så mycket mer !!! Också bara 5 mil upp vägen världens enda skalmuseum !!!! Om du är en mat ska du vara i himlen med alla de pittoreska restaurangerna på ön. Och glömde inte att Sanibel hade en mörk himmelöverensstämmelse vilket betyder att inga gatuljus någonstans på ön gör stjärnorna på natten till något ur denna värld! Inga plasstrån högt på ön så se till att ta med återanvändbara sugrör under din vistelse! Vi kommer att vara glada över att vara värd för din vistelse och vet att du kommer att vara så nöjd med vårt hem och vår plats !!

Wonderful Sanibel vacation house

Our month's stay was very enjoyable. The house is clean, well maintained and equipped - whimsical mermaid decor. The host is lovely and helpful. I'd highly recommend "Beachy Keen"!

Where did the Month Go?!!!

Enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home! The host was accessible and responsive; she thought of every detail. The beach was not crowded and was only a short walk. Our favorite spot was the wonderful, large screened porch - so comfortable and peaceful with the many visits from birds and breezes. Definitely a winner!

Wonderful Sanibel Home

We had a very comfortable and relaxing experience staying here. It’s a really lovely home at the quiet end of the island. Amedia thinks of everything and is quick to respond to any requests. She genuinely cares about the comfort of her guests. The access to a private beach is incredible! We took long walks there every day. I highly recommend this terrific home!

NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE!

Our Sanibel stay was absolutely perfect from the easy check-in to our departure. Knowing we'd spend a month in our rental, we did a lot of research & this place came out on top. The VRBO listing is accurate - you'll be delighted with the amenities, the cleanliness, the location, and most of all the host, who was simply the best. She answered our questions prior to our visit and was filled with good info our entire stay. The well-appointed kitchen made meal prep so easy. The bedrooms were spacious & the beds were extra comfy. Our favorite area was the large screened in porch - our go-to spot for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. The private, neighborhood beach is a short walk away and is gorgeous for both sunsets and shelling. The host even provides a parking pass if you'd prefer to drive. She's thought of everything - restaurant tips, area attraction info, etc. You can tell this home is loved: it's warm and welcoming and you'd be foolish to look any further. This is a place our family would return and we're telling all our friends about it. We were beyond impressed and know you will be, too.

This Home Gave Us a Florida Welcome

One of the things I look for when renting a vacation property is "Will this house make me feel like I am in ____?" I don't want to feel like I am in a hotel or back home in Nebraska. This house fit that bill beautifully from its mermaid-themed front door to the merman handing over the kitchen sink. Gorgeous shells met us at the front door, and graced spots throughout the house. The pictures show the house perfectly, but can't truly convey the comfort & "Florida" feel of the house. This house has one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever encountered! Comfortable for our group of 7 to mix & move when preparing meals. The living area was roomy so our 2 grandsons could "run about" without bumping into furniture, while 2 couches comfortably held 5 adults. The screened-in deck drew us for our morning coffee, a candle-lit glass of wine or an afternoon reading session...we were in a special place. The beach was a block away, but we had a parking pass that allowed us to park close to the beach. A flower-filled path lead us to the beach and gorgeous sunsets. Shells galore filled the shore, and we all collected a wide variety of shells. We enjoyed watching the Willets, Sanderlings, and Ruddy Turnstones run along the surf, while brown pelicans and Forester's Terns dove in the waves right next to the shore. The beach was composed of fine sand...wonderful to walk on. Colored piles of shells drew our eyes down & slowed our progress as our fingers searched among the shapes of the calicoes, whelks, conchs to find the perfect souvenir. One of the reasons we wanted to visit Sanibel was "Ding" Darling Bird Refugee. We could not have asked for a better spot. We were only minutes away from the entrance and exit of the Wildlife Drive...we took the drive 2 times everyday. The refuge boundary is on the other side of Sanibel-Captiva Road, so we were able to see Ibis, Collared Doves, Pileated Woodpeckers, & Spoonbills from the screened deck. Ami was a prompt & caring hostess...one of the highlights of our trip was her suggestion we take cruise with one of her friends...Capt Emily. We hired her for a 5 hour cruise to visit some of the other islands. We saw ospreys, manatees & dolphins. Capt Emily made the cruise personal with her stories & knowledge of the islands. I would highly recommend working this into your stay. Any review has limitations...but when I say we hated to leave...that should tell you this home may be your perfect spot.
