Good place for group of family

Kids enjoyed the big backyard. House has enough space to accommodate 8 people. Shopping Centres are very close.

Great location!!!

I stayed here with three friends, and we had plenty of space to hang out. The location is excellent, and the host was very responsive when I had a request. Overall, my friends and I had a great time!

Comfortable stay

Owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated, beds are comfy. Kitchen is well equiped. Air con is in lounge/dining area and one of the rooms. Would recommend.

Great 2 week hokiday

Easy going host - good spacious property with all necessary amenities for a family of 5 to live for a couple of weeks in a very handy location near Laburnum station.

Excellent

The property was comfortable and well equipped and close to local amenities. The train station is only a few minutes walk away & you can be in Melbourne CBD in just over 30 mins.

Great spot

Great spot close to trainline. Great house was perfect for our needs for rooms and beds etc.Only downside there was a lot of food left in pantry from previous guests, there were staines on the wall in the second bathroom, broken glassware and not enough plates and bowls for 7 people, a random person going through the bins who advised us they were from the landlord ok but not needed till after we check out and definitely not needed at 10.30pm waking people up, back yard wasn't mowed, a few doors need attention as they dont latch.

We book this property for great artist who came for a drama performance at Box Hill Town. they enjoy the stay at this beautiful house. they enjoy the autumn leaves in the surrounding area. great communication with host. great home to stay with family.

Clean , Comfortable and convenient

Clean, well kept and furnished. Nice kitchen with enough crockery to cook a meal for 4-6 people. Perfect for a short stay, quiet location but close enough to the main road

This place worked mostly well for our group. Comfy beds .. we’d prefer a top sheet as alternative. Kitchen clean and neat but sufficient crockery and cutlery would be appreciated. Condiments need replenishing.

Location was great, accomadating 8 people was fantastic quite a lot of room wasn't crowded but could of done with a few little touches like salt tea coffee shampoo conditioner tomato sauce and more bowls and cutlery

Great location. House accommodated 6 people nicely. Suggestions given to owner on purchasing new crockery and glassware as it was quite chipped or cracked. Would we stay again YES we would. ❤️
