Nice Lake Havasu House

Spacious, clean home close to the Lake. Huge master bedroom and bath. Bed was super comfy and clean. The quilt comforters are washed after each stay. I like a super clean bed and it exceeded my expectations. Great ac and supplied kitchen. Nice hot tub. They take dogs and have a separation fence in back. If you have a separate party bringing dogs and they don't get a along this is a nice feature. I would like it if the whole back of the property was fenced for more dog space. Also, would remove all yard decorations from the back. Less is more:) Not a big deal thougb....we will be back for sure!!!

Needs a cleaning lady

The house was dirty. Feet stuck to floors and it looked like someone washed them with a muddy mop. Also, windows should be washed with a clean rag. Furniture is in bad condition with huge holes and broken couch. Could buy better furniture at a yard sale. Most of the blinds were damaged and you could not open or close them with out a big effort. Water would not get hot, just luke warm. Could not get TV in bedroom to work properly after 2 days figured out someone put the RUKU receiver behind the dresser and would not receive signals from remote. Closet in master bedroom was locked so I had to hang all of my clothes on the other side of the house. Big hole in patio door screen. Pool should have been heated. We picked this house for the pool and never used it, water was way to cold. For the price of the house I was expecting a lot more and in better shape. Also, when we called our contact with questions we got no response.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The layout of the house was very convenient and very comfortable. Omar was so helpful and great at communication. We will be staying here again.

Very nice home, hot tub worked okay but probably needs to be replaced or fixed soon, it seemed to have a leak. But overall, nice home.

Needs some improvements

When we arrived we noticed one of the rooms had no blinds. They were all broken. There was no privacy, as this was to cover the door that lead to the backyard. I put out a call and are going to the person listed on my email, but I got a response until the next day. By this time we discovered many of the other doors and windows had several blinds broken. The lighting also needs to be improved. It appeared that half of them were either not working or set up this way to minimize electric use. The house is beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood, however I was disappointed to see how many things needed to be fixed. Edie silky with all the extra “fees” they charge. .

We have stayed here multiple times! Owner is great, beds are so comfortable and dog friendly! Great side of town! Would stay here every time if it was available!

The house needs some TLC. It was clean and everything it just needs some care.

We did not spend much time at the property, so it fit our needs. Omar communicated well and ensured all was ok. That was a good touch! Easy to get in and out of especially if you have a boat. Very quiet location up in the foothills so a bit of a treck, but not a big deal.

Not such a great stay

Upon arrival, the house smelled of urine. By checking all of the throw rugs we noticed pee stains on the back sides. In one of the bathrooms, black hair was found stuck to a door and on the floor. We also noticed the pool was extremely dirty, full of hair, dirt and leaves on the bottom. A few dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. On the night we decided to grill, the grill lit and never came back on, even by using our own propane tank, just in case. Be careful of the front door, it does not latch properly, the handle sticks. Also check windows, because on our second night we noticed that one of the windows was unlocked the whole time, not very safe! For the amount charged for cleaning fee this property was not even close to being somewhat clean. Be weary when checking in with pets, the pet fee is not mentioned at all and then is applied after the total is charged, and it happens to be way too expensive. The AC was also a surprise when we came home from a day at the beach, the house temperature was 80 degrees! We had left the AC on 75 degrees, but it is on a time schedule that needs some adjusting. Our dog was panting and not happy! Overall, dissapointed in this house. We would not recommend staying here. If needed we took pictures.

Our stay was just like being at home. The manager was very accommodating and responded to any questions we had. This was our first rental and was very satisfied with all aspects regarding this rental. Home was clean and warm which made us feel comfortable. Thanks again Omar for your assistance
