Ligger på den första nivån av Sandstone Point-komplexet i Lincoln City, är stranden nås ca två kvarter bort och nerför en trappa. Det finns gott om restauranger och shoppingalternativ i närheten, liksom en biograf inom gångavstånd.

Hemmet har en ljus känsla med glänsande tr��golv för att du ska känna dig bekväm med en gång. En mängd möbler i vardagsrummet är perfekt för avkoppling framför en gaspanna och plattskärms-TV (kabel och WiFi ingår). En balkong erbjuder enastående utsikt över Stilla havet och ett friskt havsbris.

Det öppna köket är inte stort, men det är fullt utrustat för att tillgodose dina matlagningsbehov. Det finns även extrafunktioner som en kaffebryggare, mixer och diskmaskin för din bekvämlighet. Dra upp några extra stolar och alla kan äta tillsammans runt matbordet.

Två sovrum och en futon i vardagsrummet tillåter upp till sex gäster att sova här bekvämt. Ett rum har en queen size-säng och den andra har en uppsättning dubbla våningssängar. Ett fullt delat badrum har en badkar / dusch combo.

Ett gemensamt område utanför erbjuder picknick sittplatser och uteplats stolar för att njuta av solskenet, liksom ett gräsbevuxet område för dina fyrbenta vänner, som är definitivt välkomna att delta i det roliga (bara var vänlig notera en liten, nattlig husdjur avgift).

Denna lägenhet är perfekt för en liten familj eller en grupp vänner - spendera dagen att spela i surfen och sanden, eller kör till närliggande Devils Lake för fiske, kajakpaddling och mycket mer! Golfare kan boka en tee-tid på Chinook Winds Casino Resort, sedan åka ridning på stranden. Avsluta dagen med en utsökt fiskemiddag innan du återvänder till en vilsam sömn hemma.

Happy vacationers

Good place to stay with short walk to beach. Balcony with ocean view and was nice to ssit on balcony and enjoy the view. The building and area was quiet. Neighborhood was good.

Vacation with My Dog

Had a blast running away from home with my dog to this great little vintage motel by the sea. We used all the amenities. Kitchen set up was great. The view of the sunset every night. A table perfectly sized for a 550 puzzle. Would stay here again!

Nice Basic Condo

good view of the ocean and everything worked just fine, clean and quiet but not a resort, more like a Motel6 that was refitted with stuff from IKEA. Perfect place for my crew to stay while on a 2 day drift fishing trip, probably stay here again next year.

Great view ,great room

I loved the cleanliness of the room, the view was super, There was no staff located.... The office light was on 24/7 hard to sleep shining in the room Could have used another comfy chair.

We were asked to move out with two days left to our stay due to massive plumbing issue. We had to find our own replacement accommodations. I feel that should have been handled by the host at no cost to us.

Noisy and run down

It needs some TLC. A walkway in between this unit and another motel building’s renovation next to us are literally RIGHT outside of the main bedroom window so you can hear everything. Was very noisy and the place just needs to be fixed up for what we paid. You’re paying for the view of the ocean. The main bedroom bed was comfortable and short walk to beach.

Disappointing VRBO

We’ve been to several VRBO‘s, and this was by far the worst. Upon arrival kitchen sink was dirty. There was food splattered on the side of the refrigerator. The futon was missing the middle leg. You only could sit on either side of the futon. Luckily, we didn’t need it for a place to sleep. The faucet to the shower dripped. The queen size mattress squeaked (an understatement) when lying down or turning over. The pots and pans were very old and wore out. There were basic things needed in order to cook, like measuring spoons and measuring cups. There was hair in the drain of the shower and hair on the walls of the shower and hair on the towels. When stripping the bed to check out, there were stains on the mattress pad. There was only one extra garbage bag. The shower gel body wash was empty. We reported the futon leg missing so we would not be charged. Someone did call us back and offer for them to come fix it right away. With all that being said, we were still able to enjoy our vacation, the view and the condo’s location near the beach.

not worth your time

it’s great if you’re looking for the absolute bare minimum. bedding was just a folded up sheet you had to put on yourself and i had to go buy blankets because there was only one blanket in the whole place. the faucet was running the whole time in the bathroom due to it being broke, but other than that, we had an alright time. nothing special in the slightest.

The place is not appointed attractively. It needs two more big comfy chairs in the living room, not folding chairs! The futon that doubles as a couch is hard as a rock. The beds need new mattresses and attractive bedding. The kitchen needs a good large frying pa, a toaster, cheese grater at a minimum. Salt and pepper would be nice too.

Lincoln City Location that will impress

Thoroughly satisfied with the last minute booking and value of the facility to be able to enjoy Lincoln City. There were many minor items broken or missing though. If my family had been staying for more than a day it would have been difficult.The kitchen was not well outfitted for a family to cook meals. The sliding glass door did not open or close properly. Screens were missing and window blinds did not close. One night, not a big deal. Several nights and it would have been a drag.

No hot water in december...

The check-in at the apartment was smooth, and we enjoyed a clean unit with a nice ocean view. The proximity to the beach was convenient, only a 5-minute walk down stairs. However, the apartment showed signs of aging, with a torn and lifted carpet in the kids' bedroom. The major setback was the absence of hot water, leading to a frustrating three-hour wait on hold with Vacasa customer service. This inconvenience disrupted our family outing as we were only there for a night. Despite seeking assistance, Vacasa provided no solutions and ignored our request for a discount. In summary, while the location and initial presentation were promising, the aging apartment, lack of hot water, and poor customer service experience with Vacasa left us with a disappointing stay. Vacasa needs to prioritize property maintenance and customer satisfaction for a better rental experience.

Disappointed and only recommend for a cheap stay with an ocean view.

Location was hard to find and access, parking was tight and it was hard to find our room. Lock just kept spinning when trying to unlock as if it was broken, but was able to get the key to catch after minutes of trying. Directions for the internet from Vacasa were not correct and confusing. The wifi password and phone number for the property was posted on the window of the office that was behind a parking spot and hard to get to. Finally found it on the last night of our stay. The wall behind the table had a big running drip of some sauce all the way to the baseboards and the table was not clean. There are no blinds in the kitchen window or the bathroom window, and the blinds pullstring that were in the bedroom had been cut and tied and they couldn't cover the window completely because the string is now too short. The living room couch had a huge rip right in the middle of the couch. Don't know how it was missed. The family staying above us was extremely loud the entire time.

Needs improvement

It needed to be cleaned. There was hair on the towels, in the drain, and on the broom. The kitchen sink was dirty upon arrival. The sides of the fridge by the stove have food splattered on it. Needs new pots/pans. The double bed squeaks. When we stripped the bed to check out there were stains on it! There was one extra garbage bag in the kitchen. Needless to say, we enjoyed our trip despite the disappointment of the condo.

Mixed feelings

Apartment was cozy, but had thin walls, heard everything in the entire apartment regardless of where we were, including upstairs. No ladder for bunkbed and provided stepstool did nothing for our 8 yr old. Shower broke day one and was not fixed til middle of our stay. Provided soap and shampoo in shower smelled amazing, plenty of towels! Dog towels and water bowl was a fun surprise. No bake ware for use but plenty of pots and pans. View from our balcony was beautiful, we loved spending time outside. Pathway to the beach is very unique but not at all accessible if you have any kind of walking problem. We chose to drive down the street to a public beach instead. Overall it was a fun stay, but I don’t think we’ll be staying at this location again.

Very disappointed

The furniture is flimsy, noisy and cheap. The shower leaked and had very little water pressure. The valve was worn out. There is a couch in the living room with large tears. The cabinets in the kitchen are missing hardware. Over all we quickly left this unit for a hotel and were much happier.

Review

Liked the place but the kitchen was the most very poorly stocked I’ve ever been in and the shower kept running after use. I was unable to contact anyone about the shower at the office as it was closed the entire time we were there. The best part of the place was the lovely view from the balcony.

Needs repairs

Bath tub faucet leaks. Constant flow of water. The floor was dirty upon arrival, the queen bed was very squeaky. You can’t roll over without waking up the rest of the house. The futon was ripped. WiFi did not work.
