Denna exceptionella egendom är kanske det bästa Beechworth har att erbjuda. Som en av de nyaste semesterbostäderna för större grupper designades denna renovering och stora tillägg med tanke på semesterfirare.

Med kvalitetsbeslag och apparater. Fastigheten har 4 sovrum (King bed med eget badrum, 2 x Queen Rum och 1 Dubbelsäng). Vik ut soffan i separat vardagsrum är nära storlek till en dubbelsäng och det finns en separat enkelsäng matrress som kan dras ut och sättas upp i ett av sovrummen.

Det finns 2 TV / vardagsrum - perfekt för att sätta barnen i sitt eget utrymme för att titta på Netflix.

Kajaker och handlinjer för fiske är tillgängliga för användning liksom nudlar att flyta i sjön på.

Det är ungefär en 10 minuters promenad till staden (cirka 1 km), men när du kommer till sjöhuset vill du inte lämna!

Se solnedgången över de kinesiska trädgårdarna medan du njuter av ett glas vin. Huset är vackert tyst och du kan höra det underbara fågellivet när du njuter av den spektakulära utsikten över sjön.

En mycket speciell plats att släppa med familj och vänner. Min 3 nätter på helgdagar. 4 nätter över påsk och jul.

Lake House was the perfect stay for our group of old school friends and partners. So close to town, and right on the lake, which was ideal as the weather was cold and we stayed snuggly inside and enjoyed the views.We'll be back again in warmer weather

Idyllic house on the lake

This was the most beautiful house for 6 of us to stay. Beautiful views over the lake, easy walk in to town, lovely wood fire and fabulous kitchen stocked with everything to make cooking at home easy. The house was actually more beautiful than the photos indicate. Karen is a wonderful host who was easy to get in touch with at all times, thankyou for a perfect stay!

the perfect spot

Shhh. Don’t share the secret, but this is the best accomm ever. Karen is an incredibly generous host. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and cosy for a home away from home. & has everything you will need for your stay. Located right on the lake yet walking distance to town, it’s a fabulous and peaceful location. We bought fishing rods, my teens enjoyed fishing and kayaking. Lots to do around Beechworth or chill on the deck & do absolutely nothing at all. Thank you - hope to be back very soon.

Karen was so lovely to deal with from the very beginning. A group of 8 friends rented this gorgeous house to attend a wedding nearby. Lovely weekend away in beautiful home

Extended family used the house for a winter weekend away. The property is beautiful and the house well-stocked and warm on what were pretty miserable days of weather. Comfortably fit seven adults in the living area and around the kitchen table. Would happily stay at this property against. Short walk into town also - had it not been raining, we wouldn’t have needed our cars

Fantastic lakefront property

The house was beautifully appointed with a dream kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the fireplace kept the interior warm all night. 10/10 would stay again!

A lovely stay in Beechworth

We stayed at this lovely property in Beechworth and were pleasantly surprised by how cozy and comfortable it was. The style was tasteful and made us feel right at home. The fireplace was a nice touch and kept us warm on chilly nights. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, and we enjoyed cooking meals together. The location was great, and we were able to explore the town with ease. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Brilliant place for a Beechworth stay

We all loved your property Karen, many thanks. Only issue of note was that we had hoped some basic breakfast provisions would be provided eg bread, eggs etc. Details about this were not evident from the online listing but have typically been a feature of similar properties we have used in the area an elsewhere. Super Comfortable

We absolutely loved this stay. We paddle boarded on the lake with our friends and kids (6yrs 9yrs) bit of a steep decline down to the lake but was doable. House was super comfortable with everything you would need for an easy weekend. Kids and adult board games and activities were a great add and we loved them also. Walking distance to town also. We will be back!

Leisurely days by the Lake

This beautiful and thoughtfully designed house overlooking the lake was just what us four singles needed after a challenging year. Relaxing afternoon drinks on the balcony, beautiful sunsets and clear night skies were restorative. To cook for everyone and celebrate a 50th topped off the weekend. Thank you for having us!
