Vårt fritidshus ligger bara 5 minuters promenad till den populära Flynns stranden. Även inom samma gångavstånd finns restauranger, takeaway, bok / kafé, postkontor, flaskaffär, apotek, sjukhus och mer.
På Flynns strand finns ett café öppet för frukost och lunch, stranden är helt patrullerad och yoga och bootcamps finns också på erbjudandet. Om du vill lära dig att surfa finns en surfskola över semestern och på helgerna.
Eller du kan njuta av en vacker promenad längs havet promenad hela vägen till stan, eller kanske till fyrstranden i motsatt riktning.
Det är ett idealiskt läge, en 5 minuters bilresa eller 15 min promenad till stan eller ett busshållplats inom 200 m.
Perfekt för fiskaren, surfaren, fitnessens entusiastiska eller bara en lugn paus från stadens liv.

Easy Wattle to the beach

Great location close to the beach shops and main town. Stayed for 5 nights with our 2 adult children joining us for the weekend. Great time had by all. Hope to stay there again.

Great property for families

We really enjoyed our stay. the house was clean, spacious and comfortable for a family with children and fur babies. we had a question about the dishwasher which was very quickly resolved when the owner rang to answer our question very quickly. we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Family Fun

The huge lounge room fits the whole family , fantastic eco kitchen, comfy beds. Very close to the beach and town. Sue was so welcoming and very helpful. What a great stay!

Great pet friendly holiday

The property had everything we needed in walking distance to Flynns Beach and Rocky Beack(dog friendly). The garden was well secured for our dog and the house was well stocked and spacious.

Hidden Gem

A very welcoming house, with a secure yard suitable for a larger dog. Located in a great area. A short walk to nearby to the beaches (including a dog beach). There are basic shops and great cafes within walking distance, and only a short drive into Port Macquarie. We had a lovely albeit short stay, and will definitely be back.

Comfy stay in convenient spot

Hassle free booking, payment , check in process. Very comfortable Close to restaurants, coffee shops , pizza place , small store , Flynn’s beach and Nobbys dog beach. My dog enjoyed his daily walks to nearby dog beach

Property let down by lack of landscaping and outside maintenance

The property is let down by its lack of outside appeal. The front grass is long and weed ridden. The back area also has long grass and there is no hand rail for the back steps. This is a health and safety issue. Children plus anyone with a disability needs steps to have a hand rail. There is also a loose area on the back railings. The inside of the house is a pleasure to walk into. The furniture and furnishings are of good quality. I did have to provide some plastic food covering wrap and also an oven mitt! Some food storage bowls would also be a welcome addition.

Location not too far out of town and close to shops and beach.

After checking with Sue regarding the accessibility for a disabled person, I booked only to find the house ok but could not get my sister into the bathroom. Door too narrow for wheelchair. Proved to be a big downer for us.

Great value and location

Sue's place was in a great location in walking distance to town and a comfortable and roomy place to stay for our group of friends. Sue also gave some very helpful restaurant tips! Highly recommend

Had a wonderful family time and the lounge is the biggest I have seen, great for family game night.

We are 20+ year locals of the beautiful Port Macquarie. We are both Nurses who love to holiday so realised our property is an ideal holiday location.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this property in 2013 because of it's ideal location but still affordable. So people can still have a great holiday in a perfect location and not cost an arm & a leg.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We fell in love with the large living space in this home. It also has a modern kitchen. And did I mention the location? ;)
It is at the end of a quiet street with a small reserve on the other side.
As soon as we saw it we knew we had to purchase it, and we would have to be quick or it would be taken out from underneath us!
The close proximity to the beach, restaurants, walking trails, town and attractions make the Flynns Beach house and ideal holiday location.
It is an older style home so the price point makes it very affordable for those that don't want to pay through the nose for great locations!
