Vår lägenhet ligger i ett gated community med 24 timmars säkerhet och en heltid ledning personal. Gemensamma utrymmen, som gäster kan använda under vistelsen, inkluderar ett gym, tvättomat, lekrum för barn och bästa av all privat strand tillgång till Luquillo Beach. Dessutom har vi en parkeringsplats tillgänglig för gäster under vistelsen.

Lägenheten ligger i den 19: e våningen. Det är en stor hörnstudio med golv till takdörrar installerade för att dra nytta av den fantastiska utsikten. Verkligen är havet din granne!

Inuti finns en stor garderob, kök och en rymlig balkong. Den queen size-sängen passar två bekvämt. Dessutom finns en queen size-luftmadrass tillgänglig för en fest på fyra. WiFi och kabel ingår också. Förutom grundläggande kabel har vi en smartTV, så du kan titta på Netflix eller Amazon Prime (du behöver ditt eget konto). Vi tillhandahåller väsentliga saker (t ex lakan, handdukar, tvål, tandkräm etc.), men du måste ta med några extrafunktioner. Många gäster har lämnat sina "extrafunktioner" som solskyddsmedel, lotion, bugspray, etc. så gärna använda dessa föremål också. Vårt senaste tillägg är en bärbar A / C-enhet! Förra sommaren rekommenderade några gäster en A / C-enhet under sommarmånaderna på grund av fuktigheten. A / C-enheten kommer att finnas tillgänglig 1 maj - 31 augusti.

Sist men inte minst är platsen! Från Old San Juan till Luquillo handlar det om en 30-40 minuters bilresa (beroende på trafik). El Yunque Rain Forest ligger 10 minuter bort. Fajardo (tror Bio Bay) är 15 minuter långt. Ceiba, den nya hamnstaden att resa in och ut ur Culebra och Vieques, är ca 20-30 minuter bort.

Good location, near everything and away from the tourist places, 1 hour drive from San Juan, 5 minutes drive to el yunque. excellent view, fast response from host, highly recommended

A piece of heaven!🥰😍

This is hands down the best experienced I've ever had at a vacation, book early because this spot is amazing and may not be available with a short notice. Pamela was very helpful and eager to help with anything I needed, and so was Alba, they make a great team. And this view and privacy for a couple is truly Paradise. The pictures don't do it justice. It is 10 times more than what you would expect!

Property has a beautiful view! Host got back to us right away with any questions we had. The only thing we really disliked was not knowing that you had to take stairs to get out of the garage. My fiancé has a medical condition and stair are really hard on her. But would definitely stay again as we got engaged on the beach outside.

Luquillo

One elevator not working, was not getting worked on, and clearly had not worked for a long time. The working one required us to walk up/down stairs one flight. Also, it is listed as a one bedroom, but it isn’t. It is a studio apartment with everything in one room. Beautiful view with ocean directly below and a lovely balcony to sit on. Pam was very good to work with.

Gorgeous Views & Great Host

This apartment had everything we needed for a great stay! Sadly the elevator was broken and 19 floors were just too much for us so we couldn’t stay beyond 1 night, but our host was very understanding and communicated wonderfully.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and very nice. The view is amazing. The location is nice it is close to the highway and very close to luquillo beach with crystal clear water. The parking is on the lower deck and you have to go up a lot of stairs but besides that it was perfect we will definitely be staying there again!

Ocean breezes

The amenities make this place. The apt is sufficient, if your looking for a fancy place this isn’t it. The beach and pool, and balcony are great. We did have to climb the the 19 flights once, when the elevator didn’t work. But overall this is a good place. The outside noise can be loud. You could close the windows.

Amazing Views!

Everything was wonderful! The views were so amazing, we didn't want to leave the balcony. The private back entrance to the beach was definitely a plus! The place was clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was there. Even beach accessories! It was private and quiet. We also loved the fact that there was so much to do within close distance. The host Pam was great to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place if looking for a reasonable place to stay in Luquillo with amazing views! Thanks Pam for making our stay a wonderful one! 😊

February stay 2022

My boyfriend and I took a getaway and stayed in Pamela's condo. The condo felt safe since it is gated and has a guard on duty at all times. The elevator won't even move without a key inserted.The overall property could use some TLC (both buildings were built in the 1970s), but they are in the process of painting the buildings and we say some maintenance being done while there. The view is what you are paying for. A corner balcony and it's right on the beach. You can lay in bed and listen to the ocean. This part of the beach didn't have many people in the water. We were told by people we met it is dangerous due to rip tides and we always saw red flags out everyday we were there. The condo itself is very simple with just a bed, tv, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom. The bed was VERY firm and towards the end of the week we were both waking up in pain, could of just been us though. It met our needs since we spent a lot of the time exploring different parts of the island. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Pamela was a great host to work with!

Perfect location!

Loved our view and cute room. Location was perfect for activities we wanted to do. People in this neighborhood are awesome! Good restaurant choices, GREAT beach. Can’t wait to come back- however, until the elevators are more reliable, we will not be staying at this property. Walking 19 floors with luggage and/or groceries is concerning, exhausting and disappointing.

Small, cozy, amazing view

The apartment was small but cozy for 3 people. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing; took some amazing photos from there. Having access to the beach and the pool was plus and most times it was just us there. Was able to get in contact with the owner with no problem and recieve a quick response.

Excellent beaches and beautiful views and people.

The neighborhood was a mixture of dated, water damaged properties and rehabbed well kept property. The affects of Maria are still visible plus alot of vacant and abandoned properties. Pamela's apartment at 2 Sandy Hill's was clean and she had utensils to cook and fully stocked with towels and supplies. The view was breathtaking and although she has an A/C I kept the balcony doors opened and ceiling fan on and the breeze kept me cool.; It felt natural and I slept without covers on. The breeze was perfect. There is a pool on the property which I didn't use. You can literally walk into the backyard and be at the beach. It has a private entrance and there is a river adjacent to the property which you can also swim and canoe. The beaches there are a little rough but there are areas like lagoons that you can swim in. There are stores and restaurants around within walking distance and Kiosk on the beach that sell food. Pamela has an umbrella and beach chairs so don't buy any. The water is clear and if you drive a mile toward Rio Grande there is shops on your right and restaurants and a beautiful beach behind them that is calm (hardly any waves) and you can rent canoes, jet ski's etc. You can see El Yuque forest from 2 Sandy Hills and driving you can be there within 1o minutes. Overall I loved the experience and will definitely go back. Thanks Pamela!
