Nyrenoverat snyggt fritidshus med fantastisk utsikt över Hauraki viken.  BelÀget bara nÄgra minuter frÄn Palm Beach och Oneroa Village, Àr detta den perfekta platsen att basera dig för en fantastisk familjesemester.  Den har ett soligt norrlÀge, bra inomhus- och utomhusliv & matplats, spa-pool, platt grÀsmatta och trampolin för barnen.

Denna idylliska fastighet har gott om utrymme för familj och vÀnner att koppla av och varva ner. Du gÄr in i det stora, vÀlkomnande, öppet kök, vardagsrum och matplats.  Köket Àr vÀlutrustat för catering och har diskmaskin, stor ugn och nespressomaskin.  Det finns ett avkopplande vardagsrum och ett stort matbord inomhus och ute.  Rummet öppnar pÄ tvÄ sidor pÄ ett wrappound dÀck, som fÄr hela dagen solen - perfekt för att njuta av en BBQ och den fantastiska utsikten!  

PÄ vardagsnivÄn finns master king sovrummet tillsammans med ett familjebadrum.

NedervÄningen finns ytterligare tre sovrum, samt en TV-tvÀtt med en bÀddsoffa och ett andra badrum.   FrÄn denna nivÄ Àr en en upphöjd trÀvÀg som leder ut till den inhemska busken och fÄgelskÄdningsplattformen. 

Huset ligger nÄgra minuters bilresa frÄn strÀnderna pÄ Oneroa och Onetangi och har utsikt över Palm Beach.  Du kan gÄ frÄn en stig utanför huset ner genom fÀlten till Palm Beach.  Palm Beach Àr en hÀrlig sandstrand och har ett "lokalbefolknings favorit" café / restaurang Arcadia, en butik och en stor lekplats för barnen.

Open sunny, renovated home

Nice house overall, we enjoyed the spa, modern kitchen and views. The house was nicely renovated except for the showers and there was a musty smell downstairs with mold on the wall. The cleanliness was not up to standard on arrival however, they very quickly remedied that. We had prompt, excellent service from Be My Guest and the owner for a couple of things that needed attention while we were there.

Work getaway

This property was the perfect size and location for our group of 9 early childhood teachers getaway to Waiheke. Plenty of room for us all to chill and enjoy each others company. Many thanks to the owners for our complimentary bottle of Sav! Lovely!

Lovely view

The house is in a lovely part of Waiheke. We didn’t realise the owners live next door and I wouldn’t have booked the house if I’d known that so I think it should be included in the listing. The doors to the downstais bedrooms and toilets are not standard- solid doors. They’re louvre doors so are not sound proof. Apart from the doors the house is comfortable and warm and is a nice place to stay.

40th getaway with friends

House itself was lovely, great location. Just needed a little clean as there was black mold on the wall, and to be topped up with essentials that said was going to be supplied. Was a shame the view was obstructed by the hedge when sitting in the lounge. Over-all could be a fantastic spot.

Friends reunion

Good house overall, we enjoyed the spa and views. It was however quite damp and lacked insulation so noisy. The tiny bathroom downstairs was also impractical for servicing the three double bedrooms. Location was up a steep hill and down a long driveway. We were ok with it, but others may find it a challenge to walk up/down.

Wonderful views and house

It's open and spacious, quiet and great views, lovely spa and convenient kitchen provisions. There are nice verandas and decks to relax. Easy down hill walk to the beach and the shops. We took taxis Waicabs every where. Cheaper than having your own car. Lovely bedrooms. Thank you for a wonderful place.

Blissful & Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay here! Unfortunately we picked the weekend of cyclone Gabrielle however the home was one of the only left on the island with power! We were lucky to have selected this gorgeous home. Everything was clean and beautiful! We stayed here with our little family while my husband and me got married on the island. The ONLY thing that was unsure was the address, it was a little odd but it’s not the homes fault, we just took a few google tries to find it!

Wonderful Waiheke

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. Plenty of space for everyone to gather or be on their own. Beautiful vistas, lush greenery and song birds made for a peaceful retreat. Kitchen was well provisioned for us to prepare meals for our family group of 7. Spa tub was nice extra. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely and easy getaway

Lovely house and well set up. Ideal location, sunny and great view. Not ideal for toddlers as isn’t fully fenced and some drop offs around the garden, but would be great for older kids.

Stayed here with family for my mums birthday. We had a wonderful weekend away. House was great. Lots of space upstairs and a lovely deck with an amazing view. Excellent communication from the hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Very lovely view, its a little remote, which is nice if you are wanting peace and quietness. could do with some love and spruce up in some areas, Sky availability would have been good and outdoor loungers too. enjoyed our stay.
