Definately a 5 star property

We spent 10 nights at this property and cant say enough about how great our experience was. It was our first time renting a house in Flordia as the last time we stayed we were on a resort. We had high expectations but this house has exceeded all of them. It was very clean and spacious. We travelled as a group of 11, 8 adults and 3 children. We found the layout of the home to be perfect for our group. We loved the pool and paid extra for pool heat. This was well worth the extra cost as our children swam til late at night. The hot tub was wonderful a d very hot . You needed to let it warm up at times as it didnt always feel hot right away. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you would ever need and multiple items of many things. The washer does make a loud noise when spinning but we were aware of this from a previous review so when we heard it we were not shocked. Another perk is you have full sun all day while in the pool area, this was very important to us. The house has a great supply of towels. We will definitely rent this property again when we return to Flordia. The host was great to reply to my many questions prior to arrival and I highly recommend this property.

The house and pool were great. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We were a party of 6 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room. Our only complaint about the stay was the entrance gate to the resort. The check in line and the guest entrance were the same lane. One entry time took us about 20 minutes and we were lined up down the street.

Large family Disneyworld vacay

We traveled with our four adult children and their significant others and three grandkids 13 in all. Upon arrival we found a broken shower door we were able to put back on but kept sliding open while shower was in use. The house was not very clean the floor particularly. The carpet is pretty stained especially for what they call a new house. There was also a broken spindle on the stairs pretty high up which scared me with a three year old it was there but broken. The pool gate did not close properly a child could squeeze in it. I asked about baby equipment there was some but i was only told about a high chair there was two in the garage they were very dirty one had old food in it. The listing says baby gate but the only one in the house was the pool gate. We used BabyQuip to rent the items we needed look for Tatiana she was so awesome. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen had the basics i usually find a few items in the house left by previous renters. This was not the case no salt cooking spray nothing The shampoo that the list is one packet. Plan on going to walmart. The tvs all worked. There is a landline phone service and wi fi was terrible. We loved the pool worth the cost to get heated. Loved the hot tub at night after walking at Disney all day. Washer did not work properly the clothes came out dry had to rewash. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths not enough toilet paper there was one roll in each bath but there not new full rolls and only one extra trash bag Over all we liked the house and would stay again it was huge snd comfortable i just want others to know what to expect. Also I suggest communicating with the owner directly not to the vrbo app as it took a long time for him to respond I’m not sure if he was getting my messages in a timely manner

2022 golf trip

House was great . Hot tub was very enjoyable.Only drawback was the traffic getting home after 36 holes of golf.The entry to resort was a pain. Once you have visitor pass you should be able to access thru right lane.

Family vacation

Great sized home for multiple families. Everything was clean. Carpet could use a cleaning and the walls could use a paint job, but overall great stay.

Nice house and location

House is nice other than a few things that should be fixed that the owner might not be aware of. But thebeds are comfy TVs are all aweake good place to vaca with family no one wanted to go out just wanted to swim.. My ONLY issue was really a property issue and not the owners fault he was cool and attentive. I would stay here again
