Very Homey

We gad a lovely time at this location. It has a very homey feel and we had no problem adjusting to house and the neighborhood was very convenient with the stores near by. The manager of the property ; Chris was very accommodating and responded in a timely fashion to our inquiries,. All in all 5stars.

issues

there were a few issues with the plumbing & were looked after in a timely manner. maybe some T L C could take place in this home. just minor adjustments. I'm sure the manager is aware of them, if not he can feel free to contact us.

Not enough kitchen supplies

There was really only two things during our stay that was annoying. The kitchen is not well stocked with items that you need for cooking. The utensils are very cheap ( was afraid the knife would break). Even though we went grocery shopping, couldn't cook some of the food. The owner had great communication up to the time of arrival. However, once we arrived and I attempted to contact him, I never heard back once. 2 of the tvs were not able to use as the remotes were missing.

Nice to come home

First time using Vrbo, my wife and I were very surprised how easy it was to find a place to stay in Ft Lauderdale, Once we arrived at the property it was easy to gain access, we felt like we were home, everything was clean and smelled fresh. the house was perfect. we slept like we were home. kitchen was well equipped, and the dining area was quite nice. the Neiborhood was also quiet and friendly. I would happily stay here again. Thank You Chris for making our first Vrbo rental a great experience.

Great stay!!

Everything was good on our stay, but the water did not get hot and the queen size bed seems like it's in the wrong room. The queen bed is in the smallest bedroom in the house. I didn't understand why this was done, but it was still a good stay.

Hollywood - Convenient to Hard Rock Stadium

Chris, the property owner, is amazing. Easy check in and out. He was accessible and provided lots of information and resources to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Hollywood. The house was clean and as shown in the listing. The location was good for traveling to and from Hard Rock stadium. Food, gas and other attractions were close by. The only concern I had initially was the neighborhood. It was very quiet. I felt safe inside the home. I would not consider this a "vacation" home. Would I rent it again? Absolutely, for trips that I would not expect to spend most of my time at the house. I will definitely consider renting again next year for the Miami Open.

Great! The property was just as described on-line, no surprises. Super easy check-in and out. Host Chris was easily reachable and attentive. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!
