Detta 5 sovrum x 4 badrum hem är designat / dekorerat så vår gäst kan ha en trevlig, stressfri semester. Hemmet sover 15 personer bekvämt och den uppvärmda poolen i trädgården håller dig avslappnad.

Gästerna kan uppleva lyckan i en lyxig privat villa och utforska alla de världsberömda attraktionerna i Central Florida. Vårt mål för vår gäst är att ha en trevlig vistelse och vi ser fram emot att vara värd för er alla!

Solterra Resort är en vacker semesterort som ligger inom 25 minuter från de största attraktionerna och ca. 90 minuter till världsberömda stränder vid öst- och västkusten.

Lyxigt inredda och dess design inkluderar moderna och samtida eleganta aspekter. Denna bekväma, privata villa har plats för upp till 15 gäster.

Bottenvåningen har ett rymligt öppet kök med vardagsrum och matsal och sovrum med king size-säng. Stig utanför vardagsrummet i den privata skärmad i uppvärmd pool där du också kan ha en avkopplande grillplats. Smarta TV-apparater finns i alla sovrum och i det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet.

När du inte är i parkerna kan du njuta av och koppla av i de härliga Resort-faciliteterna. Klubbhuset ligger bara en kort promenad eller bilresa. Solterra Resort är fullt av utomhusfaciliteter, oavsett om du vill koppla av och fånga lite av vårt solsken i Florida eller ha lite idrottsglädje med din familj i ett tennis- och / eller volleybollspel. Det finns också en lekplats och gym. där barnen kan utforska lekplatsen, vattenrutschbanan och den lata floden medan du kopplar av i en poolhytt med poolbar och mer.

Du kommer säkert att njuta av din vistelse i detta hem eftersom vi tänkte på säkerhet, komfort, nöje och underhållning för våra gäster. Detta hem med 5 sovrum har fyra sovrum på övervåningen och ett sovrum (rum med privat badrum) nerför trappan; 2 sovrum har KING BEDS, 3 sovrum har privat badrum. Smarta TV-apparater är strategiskt placerade i hela huset och i varje rum.

Klubbhuset ligger bara en kort promenad eller bilresa. Solterra Resort är fullt av utomhusfaciliteter, oavsett om du vill koppla av och fånga lite av vårt solsken i Florida eller ha lite idrottsglädje med din familj i ett tennis- och / eller volleybollspel. Det finns också en lekplats och gym. Barnen utforskar lekplatsen, vattenrutschbanan och den lata floden medan du kopplar av i en poolcabana.

Gratis poolvärme till den optimala 85 F - Högre temperatur medför extra kostnad.

Best stay ever!!

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in Davenport. The property is incredible convenient to all areas and the access to the amenities was fabulous.... What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back!

Spring break 24

Loved the location enough room for all ages house needs a deep cleaning we cleaned all touch points and mop floors before putting anything away we didn't use the grill but it was available, pool had sand on the floor of it. Community pool has a maximum capacity cutoff so get there before 10a if you want a seat cabana rental is better. Would recommend overall great

Great property, the neighboring homes had loud pool parties until 2 am. A little hard to sleep. Not sure if the community has noise regulations. Thank you

Great house for Disney

Large, clean well stocked house. Private pool faces sun, as opposed to some in shade. I would have preferred to control the temperature setting. Having to text owner for the temp up and down was inconvenient and made me feel like a pest. The front door lock broke while we were there. Owner fairly quick to get a lock smith. He said it was improperly installed. We got stuck with the $90 bill. Beware.

Clean and spacious!

We stayed at this property for 12 days. We were two families staying there together, a total of 12 people. My husband and I shared the master upstairs. My 19 year old son, 18 year old son, and my friend's 17 year old son shared the oversized room next door with the large bathroom and walk in closet. Since that room only had two beds, we used an air mattress that I brought just in case we needed it. Across the hall, my friend, who is a single mother, shared the three bed bunkbed room with her 20 year old and 22 year old daughters. Next to their room was a room with 2 beds that was shared by my 15 year old and 11 year old daughters. Downstairs, my friend's 13 year old and 16 year old son shared the master bedroom. I arranged the bedrooms to keep unrelated boys and girls from being in adjacent rooms, and it all worked out well. With so many people staying under one roof, we never felt overcrowded. The living room and kitchen area were spacious and accommodated our large group. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and pool area. There was a mini sized game table in the upstairs hallway which was surprisingly entertaining. We mostly played pool. There was only one pool cue, but easy to share. We could not find the plug for the air hockey component. Hopefully we can play next time we come. The neighborhood was very pleasant and we took many walks through the community. I did not make it to the main rec center, but my kids went and they said that they enjoyed the lazy river. I contacted the property manager, Deepa, on several occasions and she was always very quickly responsive to my inquiries. The pool lights did not turn on initially, so she had the pool maintenance come to change the bulbs which fixed the problem. The internet company went down one afternoon, and Deepa kept me updated with email alerts from that company for when it would turn back on. There was very few issues, but when anything came up, Deepa was on top of it in a very professional and courteous manner. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. We look forward to coming again soon.

Spring Break 2022

We absolutely loved our stay last week. We have never rented a house through VRBO before so we were a little nervous. Our host Deepa was amazing throughout the whole process. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner to help with our stay. The house was AMAZING, and we will definitely be going back in the future. There was tons of space, an the pool area was incredible for our kids. We loved swimming and using the resort pool. It is close to Disney and worth the trip if you are here. We don't have any previous houses to compare it to, but loved every second of our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone with family and friends.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left everything was just as a vacation home should be. Any questions we had were immediately responded to and Deepa was an amazing host. Thank you for making our 2 week stay just right and I would highly recommend this property.

DISAPPOINTED

Arrived to see garbage bin full of trash by the front door, open door to dirty wall with scuff marks on mostly all the walls. House has roaches and ants. Air conditioner wasn't working at its best, my husband check the air filter and it was filthy. Long black hair found in bed, shower and on floor. Throw rug in the family room, smells like urine. Also had issues with cell phone service and wifi issues and Loud music coming from 2 different units late at night, even 2 am in the morning. We were told to take pictures and text issues to the contact number and management would forward to the owner. We never got a call from the owner while we were there for 3 days or even someone to at least come out to spray for pest and change the air filter. The only positives I can give this property is that, it is spacious and nicely decorated but otherwise, this property definitely did not meet out expectations.
