Beautiful House

This house was just perfect for our group! Great location! And had all the amenities that we needed! Will definitely be renting again! The only photo that was taken was by my husband of my son because he was doing dishes and I’ve never seen him Do it at home kitchen was beautiful

Great little getaway spot

Perfect fit for a long weekend getaway. We had two families staying during our visit with plenty of space. The owner was very kind and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, located close to boat ramp too!

Family Fishing Trip 2024

Again a wonderful place to stay. The Schotts have a beautiful home that they share with those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and just relax and enjoy peace and quiet at the lake. We had a great time fishing on Lake Sam Rayburn, the weather was great except for our last day and the waters got choppy, but overall a wonderful time. This year we were able to catch 55 catfish,white perch, and bass. Had our family fish fry Thursday night and everyone had a great time. Look forward to next year and doing it all over again

Family Fishing Trip 2023

Beautiful house and property. Enjoyed our stay despite the lake being down as much as it is. Great time fishing, caught 63 catfish on trot lines not as much just hand fishing, but overall we had a great time just being in God's nature. Definitely will be coming back next year if possible. The Schotts' are great host and very easy to get ahold of if needed. Thanks again for letting us stay in your house.

Excellent Property!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property due to its close proximity to my father. The property is very clean and well maintained! Nice size rooms and the beds are all comfortable. It has ALL the necessities anyone could need from the kitchen to bathrooms, this place has you covered! You can see the lake right from the back porch while enjoying the serenity. The hospitality provided by these owners cannot be compared to any other VRBO I have stayed in...they're the BEST!! Will be back for sure!

Amazing property and hospitality !

We booked this listing due to a mandatory evacuation as a result of Hurricane Ida . The property itself is was perfect ! The location, amenities, cleanliness was exactly what were hoping for. The most important aspect of this property though are the owners . Their genuineness and hospitality is a true testimony of what we all should strive to be . Sam Rayburn fishing trip

Headed to Lake Sam Rayburn to spend a few days at the lake. Guys went fishing. Ladies went shopping. The house was perfect for us - 3 couples and a boat. The owners were readily available for any questions. The fish were biting - the guys brought home a limit every day. Already planning return trip.

Easter Weekend at the Lake

This property was absolutely perfect for a family Easter weekend. The home itself was beautiful and had a stunning view of the lake. It was spacious, clean and our kids enjoyed the huge backyard. The owners were friendly and responsive and we look forward to staying here again.
