View was Great! But infested with Roaches!!!!!!!
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Now the things I did not like over shadows the overall experience of our stay. Let me start by saying I understand we are in the woods and bugs are everywhere. I live in PA where we have to deal with lady bugs, stink bugs, flies etc.... Our issue with the cleanliness was there were dead bugs on the sheets of the beds in the loft, so we took the sheets off too wash them and the mattresses had pee stains on them... overlooked this issue kids slept on the pull out couch with itself was not comfortable at all. again overlooked this issue.... then we found a receipt in the couch from the person before us and it was for Adam and EVE.... explain that to your kids who found it.... again overlooked this...but we came come one evening late and turned the kitchen light on and we found a roach. Not a wood roach but after researching it was a German Roach.... I'm not going to go on a rant on how nasty and unclean they are or even the fact they carry disease. So we contact the number the next morning and it took 3 hours for the maintenance guy to call then it was another hour until Soley called. Insisted there was only one and we can not carry them home...... after long talk she sent an exterminator in.... He pretended to be and exterminator and act like he was checking the facility but only around the stove and fridge. He said I assure this was an isolated occurrence.... We showed him the one we killed and that there was another one that ran away and it was smaller. But again he said there should not be anymore. So I asked what he was spraying and he could not tell me what it was he said it was new and doesn't hurt humans...... So he leaves we felt a little better until that night I pics of multiple roaches parading around where he sprayed.... I killed at least 6 and there were more. They argued it is not an infestation but shocking anything you read if you see one there are many. Soley did give us a one day refund so I didn't give them the worse sc
